General Anupong Paojinda

BANGKOK: -- The Interior Ministry is considering opening centers in shopping malls for gathering public responses to the prime minister’s four questions on the future of the country, said General Anupong Paojinda, the interior minister.

The ministry will deliberate on the matter, also considering the budget the project needs, Anupong said.

The government campaign to encourage people to respond to four questions on the future of the country, after the expected 2018 election, kicked off on Monday.

Anupong said the project was going smoothly.

The government might open an online channel for the people to submit their opinions, the minister said.

However, he insisted that people needed to present their ID cards when lodging their responses to ensure everyone was expressing their thoughts and not the thoughts of others, to prevent the truth being deviated.

The minister said the agency was also working on spreading the word about the project to encourage people to take part.

For those who are illiterate, officials can help them fill out the form, he said.

Collect opinions at gun point at check out, much more efficient :clap2:

Could you imagine if an elected official pushed this hard with those silly questions ?  He would be laughed at for months.  This current junta is the least wise and the best argument for making coups illegal in Thailand.  They are just silly.

The International Council of Medecine and Prevention of Insanity should ask Mr Trump to make his wall around the Thai borders rather than Mexico...

In a normal country, they would be all committed to the Asylum but there are so many of them here, just making the Asylum around them would be faster....  :cheesy::cheesy:

Funny how this country is all about not losing face and they do not realize they are doing it EVERY SINGLE time they say anything...

Hmm, why only at malls. Aren't they mostly catering to the more wealthy/affluent patrons? Why not include the Big C, Tesco/Lotus, night markets etc. to get a wider variety of input?

That is obvious - then they might not get the right answers. Only the "good" people are qualified to answer such lofty questions as these.

Exactly. Do they really want to hear from the poor masses. Majority?
