Certainly not taste, but of course class is a completely different animal in Thailand compared to most of the world 

I wonder what "the most intelligent Thai" would think of it. That would have to be the mad monk and he'd be thinking how he could sell it out from under her. After he asked his partner, Prayuth, of course.

I thought Pira Sudhum was Thailand's greatest writer? At least that's what he tells everyone.

It's strange, her initial message a few years ago was alright, just learning to be more mindful, focusing on what you want, etc.  More like Tony Robbins than Buddha.  But as of late she has gone the magical guru route - I'm sure a much more popular strategy for most Thai people who are looking for the quick road to riches.
