That is an image - the lines on the image do nothing.

I don't see anything like that in my browser.

 

Those aren't actually 'cloud' thingy's.

 

They're called 'icons'.

 

This particular 'icon' has a picture of two 'speech bubbles'.

OK!  it's cloud thingy icon  and yes it has two speech bubbles  -  But what does it do????? 

 

Hovering the curser over it produces this:-

Clicking on it does absolutely nothing.

 

I'm using M$ Internet Explorer, if it makes a difference.

 

Nothing its just a seperator icon.
