Are you needing to pull that much to a cluster of devices on a single phase, or can it be 3-Phase AC?

Suggest doing a google search for: bangkok commercial property with 250kw electrical service

Unless of course you're seeking out responses for personal recommendations...

You will be looking at a building with its own transformer. In general, this is going to mean an industrial unit of some kind.
