Since that force acts on every single one of us all day everyday, and was acting on this poor lady since the day she was born,  I guess I assumed you meant the force of the impact, in which F=mg is not the correct formula.  g never changes here on Earth so F=ma is even more inaccurate since at impact the value of acceleration is a large negative number (called deceleration), but you can't have negative force when hitting the ground.

Matter of notation. direction of 'g' is always quoted as '-g'. Falling objects have both PE and KE where E is conserved in this case. Say a height of 40 meters, and a mass of 60kg, v just prior to impact is just over 28 m/s and total KE just before impact is 23520 J (@28 m/s and neglecting air resistance because only 40 meters).
