Hi,

 

I'm leaving Thailand and have agreed to sell a Yamaha Nouvo, for which I have the green book, to a friend.

I would like to know if we don't change the name and instead my friend has the green book with a signed sales receipt from me will that suffice?

It is an 8 year old bike and she will only use it for a 3km round trip to and from work and will only drive it on local roads.

If we did it this way what repercussions could I face if she crashes, it gets stolen or she gets fined?
