Today I have a message all over the home page saying I have an ad block enabled which is BS.

Whenever I use TVF I have to wait ages for the ads to load before I can use the page, and there are ads all over my screen.

I realise that it is probably an automated system, but TVF should make sure it works properly before inflicting it on us.

Not only do I not have an ad block enabled, as proven by the FACT that my screen is full of ads, but I added nothing of that sort in the last month and been using TVF during that time most days.

 

TVF is slow enough already, without being accused without reason of using an ad blocker.

 

Bah humbug.

There are a couple of running threads on the adblock timeout message running in the Forum Support Desk section, and I think a few topics on people incorrectly receiving the timeout. 

 

If I remember correctly, they were running Firefox with browser extension enabled that were triggering the adblock timeout delay.

 

 

Try launching FireFox while holding the SHIFT key and selecting "Start in Safe Mode" and see if that makes a difference. If so, they try disabling your extensions one at a time and see if you can identify which one is interfering with the ThaiVisa scripts to product the dreaded timeout.
