Going on my first trip to Cambodia next month. I plan on taking a Thai power strip for my laptop, phone recharger, electric trimmer etc. and just need to know if I can plug it straight into a Cambodian power outlet or do I need an adaptor?

Normally yes you can. Some hotels have strange outlets that won't take a normal plus but then they will also have power strips available.
