    LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Barbara Sinatra, the fourth wife of singer Frank Sinatra, died on Tuesday at the age of 90, her representative said.

    MELBOURNE (Reuters) - Vatican treasurer Cardinal George Pell arrived at a court in his native Australia on Wednesday for his first appearance to face historical sex charges as the most senior Roman Catholic official to face such accusations.

    PHUKET: -- Lifeguards at Nai Harn Beach have repeated their call for swimmers to not enter the surf where red “No Swimming” flags are posted after tourists were pushed out dangerously close to rocks by a strong rip current at the beach yesterday (July 25).

    BANGKOK — A welfare card to be given to registered, low-income Thais in October will provide 2,750 baht each month to subsidize set living costs, the Finance Ministry said Tuesday.
