I quit my job recently and my former company emailed me that they will cancel my work permit (i assumed that) however i have my Non B multiple entry expiring the end of next year, they mentioned that they will cancel it ONLINE since they do not have the document in hand. Can i still use my visa until i find a new job and still doing my 90 reporting  or in & out as usual? Or will i only have the next 90 days since my last entry and then come out and get tourist visa? Or they will really be able to perform the cancelation online and will have to exit that very same day?

Many thanks for ur help

You apparently do not have a multiple entry non-b visa if you are doing a 90 day reports to immigration. A non-b visa would only allow a entry for 90 days.

It seems you actually have an extension of stay issued by immigration and multiple re-entry permit. An extension of stay ends on the date your job ends.

I see. So i understand that they are actually able to cancel this re-entry permit of my passport online? And when they do I have to be out on that very same day or i can still use the 90 gap since my last entry date before coming out?

They could not do it online. They would have to go to immigration with a termination letter and perhaps copies of your passport to cancel the extension and re-entry permit. Normally immigration would want your passport to do a cancellation stamp in it.

Not sure what you mean by the 90 day gap.

So this online thing they mentioned is a kind of bluff? Cause they never asked for the document physically

Yeah the 90 day I mean, i got a stamp this month so i normally can stay up to 90 days and then report at inmigration or come out & in (every 3 months the same). So the question is if as you say they cannot cancel online, can i still use this re- entry permit as usual? Or do i have.to leave on the last day of employment? Or i can still wait until this 90 days.from my last stamp are due and come out to do another visa outside?

Hope i managed to make it clear

The report of staying longer than 90 consecutive days in the country has nothing to do with amount of time you can be in the country.

If they have good contacts at immigration they could have the extension canceled in their database. If they did that you would be on an overstay from the date it was cancelled.

If they canceled your visa and you are still in Thailand you are on a overstay. Perhaps you can cancel your renetery at the airport and leave Thailand then reenter with a new visa. If you just stay here on the canceled visa it will catch up with you.

If he has a Visa it cannot be cancelled and he can continue to use it.

It appears though that he does not have a Visa, so his stay ends on the day his employment ends.

He has an extension of stay that would be cancelled, not a visa. If he had a valid visa, it would not be cancelled. His extension, however, ends when the reason for it being granted ... in this case employment ... ends.
