Coconut Kidd
The wind was blowing very hard at Kamala beach this morning. No way would I have been in the water or on any rock near it. Very sad story, as the Chinese tourists seems to be a gazelle getting a drink from a gator infested watering hole.
observer90210
Poor girl... I am not familiar with Kamala Beach, but are they no lifeguards on duty in such tourist areas or at most, warning flags when the tides are rough?

In the op it says lifeguards brought her back to shore. And yes, also red flags, warning signs, etc.

Deli
And as long as they don't show just a little bit of common sense, they will continue to drown. Edited July 28, 2017 by Deli
Dave67
I don't think they understand how dangerous swimming in the sea can be. It's not a common practice in the Peoples Republic .
