PATTAYA: -- Police in Pattaya took a 55 year old Russian man into custody in the early hours of Monday morning on charges of criminal damage.

It was the second time he had been arrest in two days.

The man named by Siamchon News as Siegrist Ernst returned to Paradise Park Residence to cause more damage after several incidents on Saturday, said staff at the Jomtien condominium.

CCTV footage on Saturday showed the Russian damaging a water valve causing flooding on four floors. He also damaged power cables and was seen putting a substance believed to be super glue in several doorknobs on properties on many floors.

Apparently he was taken in by the police but was then released.

Security and condo staff saw him arrive again early this morning and this time he was stopped before he could do further damage.

No explanation was given by Siamchon as to why the Russian was laying on the ground unconscious outside.

Nor did they explain why the police let him go in the first place.

It looks like his left arm might be broken and in a cast so he probably cant do a 2 arm push up.

Fair point jg though his fellow countrymen have been known to have press-up comp's on the beach reserving the one arm variation until they're p*ssed .. I was gonna say the name Siegrist Ernst don't sound like your typical Ru ' .. but on second thoughts ..

Super glue him to the power cable? :whistling:

Cretin! Throw him in the monkey house for a few weeks (rice and water) then deport him.

A thought - return him to Russia as deck cargo on a submarine, forget jail.

I am waiting.........................

I used to fly "strapped to the wing class" on airplanes.  Prices were quite reasonable. It was breezy, but at least you could smoke out there.  They did have different grades of lawn chairs available.
