Max Brok Posted January 28, 2022 Share Posted January 28, 2022 My "under consideration date" for NON O marriage is JANUARI, 30 Today I went to the New immigration office of Chaiyaphum and it was closed because of COFID-19. Someone there told me to come back Februari 2. I am official in "overtime" for normal police officers. What should i do to avoid problems? BritTim Posted January 28, 2022 Share Posted January 28, 2022 If someone gives you problems over the overdue return on the under consideration stamp, just ask them to call Chaiyaphum Immigration who can explain better than you can why you have done nothing wrong. Regular police officers aren't interested in your permission to stay anyway, because they don't understand it. Any immigration police officer would understand that you aren't on overstay. The under consideration stamp allows you to stay in the country until your extension is approved.
