    We change. Generations change. The rental fees there surely change. I wonder how many would want to go back to the old days, with squat toilets, no internet, no forums to moan on etc etc. I've lived in BKK for 24 years and used to frequent KSR almost daily. Now, once in a while. Yes, it's a lot louder, and less pleasant.... but it is what it is, and those who want a different vibe need to find their new KSR.... or quit bitchin'.

    Well, I'm shocked that on an international flight someone was able to notice their foolishly-stored valuables missing, alert the cabin crew, and the CCTV could track every passenger or at least every suspect, and then each of their taxi drivers to hotels. This is quite the achievement by the same buffoons who can't find any evidence of katoeys offering sex in Soi 11!

    Regardless of what happened before the published footage, or whether the Thai lady was drunk, asleep, or her phone or doing her make up, this thug deliberately stopped dangerously in front of her and acted like scum afterwards. Would he have acted the same if it was a pickup driven by a Somchai or a sedan with tinted glass and an 'I'm a VIP' badge on the grill?

    Even if this behaviour was ALLOWED, then it's both unfair to the creatures whose home they're invading, and potentially dangerous for these idiots from getting stung, bitten or cut, PLUS dangerous diving profiles.

    How can you know that if it's not reported and if you're not out with them to witness it? You might also want to look at the percentage of tourists in the country from certain countries. For example, reported crime from North Korean or Bhutanese tourists is probably very low.

    I haven't flown Thai in 25 years. My mate recently said EVA were dropping in quality. I used to like them. Any opinions on RECENT EXPERIENCE on their long-haul flight from Bangkok to London? Prices are similar, and compare well with Emirates, who I usually go with.
