  1. Looked like they came tumbling out of a place called Helicopter Bar on a video clip I saw.
  2. Sign of the times with these martial arts... kicking has become part of fighting. My primary school would make you wear cardboard donkey ears if you were caught kicking back in ancient times!
  3. Heading in the wrong direction. I believe my home depreciates annually on the books but my tax was up this year too.
  4. May depend on which office is doing the report... mine is Jomtien/Chonburi. I know quite a number who also use it regularly and issue free.
  5. Not sure that is an option. In my case, the huse is in a company name and I always believed the tax was paid every time I did the annual 'accounts' . It certainly was not as much as the OP said, 7500, more like 1-2000.
  6. Yes, so many seem to dislike this anti-corruption organization and want shut of it.... go figure.
  7. He was called a selfish coward in one post... maybe you could find a better example for your woke agenda?
  8. Yes, it would do similar in Glasgow!
  9. My Mrs used a place off Soi Nerm Plab Wan for our ailing cat, said it was a government vet. https://maps.app.goo.gl/1BzzH7tK1Vy9sJHe6
  10. Never had a problem in many years of using it. I think 5 or so....
  11. Silly comment... I would go with driving sober!
  12. Online the way to go with 90 day reports.
  13. It was never an official requirement obligated by a police order, but Pattaya and a few other places introduced it. I used an agent last few times and no mention of it.
  14. They did not look very permanent....... so either will get moved or become something to park against.
  15. The sand is conveniently packaged in sacks and is uncovered, ready to go there!
  16. Do we expect them to last any longer than the stopping buses that were introduced some years back... and were being offered for sale on Sukhumvit not long after?
  17. Well in his mind you started it! 😁
  18. Usually a lot damage caused by water as the fire services use copious amounts.
  19. It's probably all a good joke to the locals and those involved, when in reality such a tired driver could kill people on the motorway.
  20. Yes, I am in a similar position with rotting sofa under a throw that I should replace. Can't imagine a cloth sofa would work out too well... I have often fallen asleep to wake up sweaty (in a puddle) and likely will do so again. I think a leather replacement, albeit pricey will last longer but still need a cloth cover that can be washed.
  21. You believe not? They have a different way of treating them?
  22. One reason electric vehicles unlikely to catch on here with the young males... no exhaust to modify!
