  1. I have 12 pumps over my properties and it's about 50/50 between Mitsu and Hitachi. Both excellent for my needs.
  2. That's a fairly crappy old pump and you may never find the problem... New one is 6-7000 baht. That would be my suggestion. Also if you still have the pipe leak in the wall, then until you fix it, the pump will just keep turning on/off.
  3. Of course you can, they don't care where it comes from, only that it covers the purchase. Just make sure the 2 mill is actually going into a Company account, and not an employees. But to be on the safe side why not just buy a Cashiers Check, which is traceable.
  4. BPH has a proper set up for hearing tests. ENT Dept.
  5. Strange post. For Marriage extension you receive a 30 day 'under consideration' and told which day to go back to the IO. There is no way to check of progress online. PS...what is an application number?
  6. I believe there are no 99 year leases in Thailand. Actually 30 years is maximum although everyone always says 30+30+30 is possible.
  7. Other than the creases in her cheeks, the big front teeth, the thin eyebrows and a rather big nose end.. then I'd agree with you.😐
  8. Two questions come to mind. 1) Where was this procedure carried out.. You don't specify country or hospital. 2) You obviously should have known better if you are a qualified/certified x-ray technician/EMT etc, so why did you let them do the tests without querying it.
  9. And I'm sure they listened to you, and now things will change in the future.😏
  10. Only way she will get money quickly is if you have a "either/or" Joint account, which she can legally use upon your demise.
  11. Managers change frequently, branches close frequently, plus Banks do not have the capacity to hold a Will for somebody.
  12. No use giving it to the Bank. They cannot act on it directly. Must go thru the Court first for probate on the Will.
  13. I have a laptop with WIN 11 (it needs replacing) I have a Huawei Android phone (also needs replacing) So I have a choice of a new laptop (about 30k) and a new Samsung 24+ which keeps the same software. OR::::: My wife and daughter both have iphones 15's and macbook Air, so they are telling me I should change to that platform and then all compatible. I have never used Apple products (only WIN and Android) so maybe some sensible suggestions from the forum would help. Thanks.
  14. Australia 1. Vegemite 2. Bondi Beach lifeguards 3. Roo bars 4. Crocodile Dundee 5 Steve Irwin 6. Extreme prejudice of the “darkies”. Even to this day. 7. Holden automobiles. Never heard of outside OZ. 8. Fosters beer 2 comments -Of course vegemite tastes like engine oil. -And #6 comment is nothing to be proud of..
  15. Easy to find live commentary, but I think all actual live game coverage is paid channels, such as Rugby Pass, Stan etc. Bars that have TRUEvisions will be showing it.
  16. As others have said. Giving her your card doesn't help. Just give her the cash and your bank account number/full name as on your account, and she goes to the normal bank teller..fills in the deposit slip (probably need to show her ID card) and the transaction is finished in a few minutes.
  17. You over reacted then and are still overreacting by being secretive and not disclosing the IO location.
  18. Dear John...we just don't understand the what the flick you are going on about. Posts are too convoluted.
  19. Your post is terribly unclear, so cannot make a judgement on what the problem really is.
  20. As an afterthought you MUST obtain a re-entry permit (single or multiple) if you want to travel out of the country when on a valid Retirement Visa/Extension. Without the re-entry you will go back to square one when coming back to Thailand (ie: your Retirement Visa/extension will be voided.) Actually looking at your OP post more clearly, you must have had a re-entry on the 25th, so my above advice is probably not required but I'll leave it anyway, as it maybe useful to others.
  21. Now that you have it, I think you need to get up to speed on the requirements of a Retirement Visa/Extension and the 90 day reporting process, before you forget to do something important. There are multiple threads on this subject for you to check out, which will clarify your questions.
