He's not gonna be able to do any of what you say. He's now legally BROKE. Everything he owns in NY has been shut down, all business licenses cancelled. All his assets are frozen, in particular the Trump Trust, which is where 99% of his so called wealth was kept. He can't sell anything, he can't move money around without the approval of the retired judge appointed to monitor every financial transaction. The banks have even taken possession of his home. the embassies may not have been compliant with regards to checking the information was correct, BUT it was those Embassies that decided not to issue earnings letters any longer. It was not a decision made by BJ or Immigration. If what you claim to be is correct WHY do many of the embassies still issue earnings letters and Immigration accepts them. So again you need to have ALL your facts correct and not justify an inaccurate comment by coming back with only a partially correct one.

Scottie you need to get your facts correct before making such an inaccurate comment. Big Joke didn't stop the earnings letters from Embassies/Consulates, that decision was solely taken by the Embassies/Consulates of the countries that no longer issue them. There are still Embassies/Consulates that issue them and Thai Immigration accepts them for extensions of stay.

In all the comments made about the raid on BigJoke's home, nobody has made mention of who the cop leading the raid was. it was Big Joke's #1 contender for the top job. There's only 1 way to get decent workmanship here. You MUST be present 100% of the time to supervise. When we were having our house built 2 years ago had to get lots of corrections done. Tiles meant for the bathroom floor were being put on the wall. Tiles for the carport floor were being laid in the kitchen. Wrong tiles being ordered despite being given model # of the tiles we required. Issues with roof tiles. paint watered down when told not to water it down. This was a so called professional home building company. Had we not been present to keep an eye on these guys god knows what we would have had to deal with. if you're paying tax in Thailand too, then get a Thai Tax ID and lodge a tax return each year at your local Revenue Office I don't bring money in from Oz but I earn interest on my Thai bank account balance and it is taxed at 15%. I lodge a tax return each January and as my total interest earned falls within the tax free income threshhold I receive a 100% refund of all tax paid.

cashing in an unused balance is dependent on how long since the card was last used as there is a set time limit for doing so. The same time limit applies to any balance on your card if it hasn't been used, you lose that balance.

Unfortunately that's not possible in Oz. Income earned in Oz is taxable in Oz but NOT in Thailand under current tax rules if earned in the previous year. Even when the new Thai tax rules come into effect next year whereby all monetary transfers into Thailand are going to be treated as income and subject to Thai income tax, there is a tax treaty between Oz and Thailand so your income should still only be taxed in Oz , not both countries.

Ther was an abduction, pack rape & murder case in Sydney many years ago. All the perpetrators were arrested and put in prison while awaiting trial. By the time it was time for their trial to begin it had to be rescheduled because of what the other inmates had done to these guys. One by one the rapists were held down by the inmates had their rear ends lubricated and a piece of pipe inserted. Then barbed wire was then threaded through the pipe into their rear ends and the pipe was then removed. The only way to remove the barbed wire was surgically and it was several months before they were able to sit for a prolonged period. Needless to say when they eventually were able to go to trial they received life sentences. They were put into protective custody when they returned to prison because of the ongoing beatings they were receiving from the other inmates.
