I guess this thread shows the age of many members here. Many of us remember the good old times from 20 or more years ago. But few of us know what is currently happening late at night... One of my first activities on the internet in about 1994 was to read the newsgroup about Bangkok. One person asked about Thermae and what's going on there. One guy answered like this: You can't really compare it with anything. But if you want to compare it to something then think about the bar in StarWars (obviously the original movie). Thats the closest comparison that fits. I agree. Those were the times.

I suggest google the product name and "wiring diagram" or something similar.

I think the only good option for you is to find a decent electrician. I understand that might be difficult. But it will still be easier than learning all you need to know yourself. And as you know mains voltage can kill you. It's not something you want to play with and find out you made some mistake. To find a decent technician I suggest talk to businesspeople. Maybe there is an international hotel near you. Find out if they have an electrician and ask him if he knows someone he can recommend (probably he will recommend himself). But be prepared for bad news. Many electrical installations in Thailand are absolutely horrible. There is no good and easy way to fix them. The only good way is often rip it out and do it again. Good luck. You will need it.

You could check in the news of that time what she did. And you could read about why she fled out of Thailand. I guess the only excuse which she has is that she didn't know what she did. She just followed the orders of her brother. If you think she is innocent, then I guess you lived for too long in a red village or you get your "news" from fb and Nit and Noi.

It seems to me that job is about as low as it gets. If you don't get any other job, do that one. I don't expect anything from those guys. Many of them are utterly stupid.

The damage seems to be only at the open side of the balcony. You don't show the rest of the walls, presumably because there is no damage. That brings up the question of what is at the open side of the balcony which is not on the "inner" parts. Rain and sun.
