I read about the problem. And then an SD-Card failed on my test installation. That was a good reminder for me to never use SD-Cards in a system again which should work 24/7.

A 500GB external SSD cost now < 3000 THB. That shouldn't be an issue.

I agree, it should be easy to change that ceiling support. If there is a better solution with a different place for the ceiling support, then change that support.

I don't know the exact statistic, but many people have problems with long term usage of SD-Cards with Raspberry Pis. For that reason, SSDs used with long running Raspberry Pis projects, i.e. home automation. You can buy small reliable external SSDs like this:

Good luck with that one. One advice which I can give you: Ask them which tiling system they use. Many won't have an idea what you are asking about. Avoid. Some will understand - a good start.

It seems you want to do that as a business. So first you should calculate your possible profit based on paying tax, duty, etc. Maybe you can get some things delivered without paying anything extra, but you can't or shouldn't rely on that.

When I go out to bars with friends then usually I drink. Sometimes also wine or beer with food. I never had an alcohol problem. When I am drinking, I always knew when I have enough. Sometimes I stop in the middle of the 20th or whatever drink because I know now it's time to stop. And after a night out with lots of drinks I never felt like repeating that again rights away. Maybe a few days or a week later, but never the next day. In a way I seem to be lucky with that attitude. Some people just never stop, even if they are already totally wasted. I never understood.

About the different Sois: It makes a huge difference if there are schools, if there is a U-turn on the main street nearby, another route at the end of the Soi, etc. I.e. I drive in the morning often to a bakery near Soi 31. I get there through Soi 23. That Soi, and nearby is standing traffic every morning (and I guess afternoon) because of all the people who bring their kids to school. I wouldn't want to live in that chaos.

In my limited personal experience, a lot of the market doesn't make sense. Before I bought something I expected that within the same building there would be a price logic like: the place in the best condition and highest floor should be the most expensive. But reality is different. Especially one place which I visited was in the worst condition of all and the owner asked for the highest price...

It seems many people only want to see black and white. This guy good, this guy bad. Why is it so difficult to acknowledge that each candidate has good and bad points? If people would look for a balanced presidential candidate who could unite the nation, then maybe they would find such a person. Problem is, it seems nobody wants a sensitive moderate person.
