  1. For all the people here, who write about communism and Marxism and all that, could you please describe what that is for you? Because if you would know the meanings of communism and Marxism then you wouldn't use those terms. But then again, I guess that confirms that question about the IQ...
  2. Can you please provide a translation into English?
  3. Yes, because he is an ahole. And he shows this every time he is on stage. And he showed that more than enough when he was president. Personally, I avoid aholes. And I certainly would not want an ahole to represent me. Why do you think most of the world is laughing about the USA? Because nobody can comprehend how grown-up people would ever vote for such a person. I agree with some of his politics. And I disagree with some DEM politics. But how much can "we" rely on from a serial liar? If he tells us he will build a wall and Mexico will pay, can we believe that? He hired dozens of people for top jobs and often described them at that time at the top specialists who know all and will sort it all out and all that. And then, weeks or months later he fired them because they are losers, incompetent, and all that. Is that what a competent leader does? No! And all that is obvious since many years. That's why questions like above come up: How f&$$ing stupid do people have to be to elect such a maniac not only once but maybe a second time?
  4. Obviously, I am not a spokesperson for the left. Personally, I think DeSantis would be much better than Trump.
  5. Alleged? 555 That's like saying the pope is alleged to be catholic.
  6. 3 time married. Convicted criminal. Lots of bankrupt companies. His party lifestyle - when he was still able to do that. There are many things about his which normal conservatives will despise.
  7. Let me try to explain it again: Anybody with an IQ below 100 is not necessarily and idiot. Some are, but some are just below average. And for those people it makes sense to do what people always did. It's called being conservative. People who are smarted have at easier to understand new concepts and they have the option to be "progressive". Obviously smart people can still be conservative. Why not? And, in case you missed it, this whole thread is not about progressives vs. conservatives. It's about Trump, who is obviously not a traditional conservative. And that should be obvious to anyone who understands the concept of conservatism.
  8. That reminds me of an interview with Jordan Peterson which I saw recently. He explained that for intellectually challenged people it makes sense to be conservative. That's easier for them to understand. Which kind of explains the situation with Trump and his followers.
  9. That only shows that you don't know what a Marxist is. Here is a hint: Only because Trump calls someone names, doesn't mean that is correct or true.
  10. I think this American sums it up: “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.” ― George Carlin
  11. Probably to some influential person who is able to sort things out.
  12. Come on, this is Thailand!
  13. Does that mean that soon Nuttawut and Jatuporn will marry each other? 😉
  14. No, she is no fool. Maybe you don't like her and/or her politics, but she is no fool. I also don't like some of her politics. But IMHO she is still the way better choice.
  15. Unfortunately, I wouldn't bet on that. She wants to be seen as the tough guy. And obviously any wars and weapon exports are good for the military industrial complex in America - and they help with huge donations to politicians.
  16. It is not a four year old lie. He repeats the same lie all over again. And there are many other lies which he repeats all over again. And then there are all the lies which he just makes up when he feels like it. Would you do business with someone who constantly lies? I wouldn't. And of course I don't trust a politician who obviously lies all the time. Whatever he promises, it's a promise from a liar.
  17. I guess next thing you ask what about people who drive sometimes too fast? Or how about people who jaywalked? I think few of us really want that all laws are always 100% enforced. Sometimes we don't see any harm, even if people ignore laws. Another example are all the "dancers" in Thailand. What many of them do is illegal. Personally, I don't have a problem with that. I think most of us agree what real crimes and real criminals are. And laws are there, or should be there, to punish these bad guys.
  18. If you have to ask... Maybe start with the fact that he still denies that he lost the 2020 election. And somehow he pretends Jan 6 was some happy party. It's bad enough if he thinks that, or at least says something like that. But how deranged does someone have to be to believe those lies?
  19. Maybe they still do a better job than Trump university.
  20. Crime. Enforcement of laws. Too low minimum wages. Extreme capitalism where a few billionaires own more hundreds of millions poor people. The whole political system is a bad joke, or like others say: The best democracy money can buy. And yes, it's not only Trump and the GOP. The DEMs and the whole political system are also part of the problem
  21. Good question. In principle, I support that people follow the laws. To be truthful, I know a couple of people who I think cheat when they apply or renew their visa. Some of those are nice people who I don't mind in Thailand. I think foreign criminals should be deported, or better never let in. In any country.
  22. You are joking, right? He lies constantly, all the time. Does he ever talk a minute or two without lying? And you trust such a guy? Pathetic!
