The COVID Scamdemic and its link to 'Scientism'
impulse replied to Red Phoenix's topic in Covid/Vaccine
In fairness, he just approved the funding. And signed off on the project(s). Then lied about it. -
That's a simple math problem. It's like when I graduated in mechanical engineering in a class of 250, with about 6 of them being women and blacks. If companies had wanted to hire more than 12 engineers with a 50% female ratio, they'd have had to hire well into the bottom 50% of the females. If they wanted to hire 20 engineers with half being female, they'd have been SOL. That's how DEI works. Or they could have hired 125 engineers and chosen only from the top 50%. But they'd have to give up their notion of DEI.

The COVID Scamdemic and its link to 'Scientism'

I voluntarily took the Pfizer (2 of them) as a condition of helping my brother post heart transplant. I wasn't allowed into the hospital without my vaccine card, once the jabs were widely available. I'd give just about anything to go back and undo the damage after my 2nd Pfizer. Which I later found out came from a hot lot according to the VAERS data. In fairness, I also didn't want to be looked at as the guy that killed my brother had he gotten Covid in his fragile state. -

Let's look at that, shall we? Even if you believe that they died of Covid (and not just with Covid or falsely reported to get the sweet Covid bonus), they were sure unlucky. Total population between 30 and 39 years old: 45 million. Total Covid related deaths in that age group: 19,700. That's one in 2,200. United States Population by Age - 2025 Update | Neilsberg COVID-19 deaths by age U.S. 2023| Statista It's even stupider criminal if you look at the teens and younger who had 1,642 deaths out of almost 80 million population, but they were still getting the jab. In spite of not knowing what the long term effects on them will be. -

You forgot to ask how many died on a ventilator, which appeared to be deadlier than Covid itself. Of course, we'll probably never know. -

Did hospitals back then get a big ass gub'ment bonus if they declared them to be Spanish Flu cases? And a doble bonus if they used the ineffective and harmful Remdesivir? -

Don't forget that's the excuse they used to allow more mail in votes than ever before. Which party votes more by mail and which one votes more in person? -
Taking this accident by itself, there's some doubt. But when you add that to the recent revelations that the FAA declined to consider white male applicants for air traffic controllers, and that the DC tower was undermanned on the day of the crash, it doesn't look good for DEI policies. And that's before you consider all the experienced ATCs that lost their jobs to the Covid jab mandates.

power grid failure / blackout in spain

Maybe not. But I'd hate to be the only house in town with my lights on when the hungry hordes go "shopping". -
But is it as bad as walking around in a cloud of BO? That's the alternative for a lot of us who grew up away from the tropics.

One of the benefits of not living in the USA is that people do not go into savage mode as soon as there is a catastrophic event. Some countries have culture and civility. Bad news. That's a thin veneer of civility. They'd be eating each other if it had lasted a little longer. -
I don't see anyone "automatically blaming the woman". I do see people questioning why anyone with 450 hours would be assigned to fly VIP politicians in and out of such a hazardous airport. And noting that the guy she disobeyed was her instructor pilot, though she outranked him. Which is another puzzler.

If I'm at home in Thailand, I always shower after a dump. Chances are I needed it for the sweating anyway. Plus in the morning when I wake up and before I go to bed at night. And it's not unusual for me to strip off my sweat drenched clothes and take a 2 minute shower when I get home from bopping around in the tropics. But I'm one of those guys who can sweat in a blizzard even when it's well below freezing. And I wear long pants and a collared shirt whenever I'm out in public in Thailand. Except at the pool or the beach.

He's like the neighbor who comes in halfway through a remodel job and complains about how it's going to look when it's finished. As if he has a clue. Of course there's some turmoil. That's to be expected when you're dismantling 50 years of horrible trade policy. And when the other side is accustomed to getting their way for 50 years, they'll screech like banshees.

It's days like those that I'm glad we have the 2nd Amendment. Though for me in Galveston it was usually after a hurricane, when the cops were busy and the scavengers were even busier. -
Keir Starmer Braces for Local Election Setbacks as Reform Gains Ground
impulse replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Meanwhile, across the pond, a British reporter asks Leavitt if the US will entertain asylum claims from Brits subject to gross injustice for thought crimes: “In Britain, we have had over a quarter of a million people issued non-crime hate incidents. As we speak, there are people in prison for quite literally reposting memes. We have extensive prison sentences for tweets, social media posts, and general free speech issues,” the founding member of folk rock group Mumford & Sons said. “Would the Trump administration consider political asylum for British citizens in such a situation?” (Winston) Marshall asked. “I have not heard that proposed to the president, nor have I spoken to him about that idea, but I certainly can talk to our national security team and see if it’s something the administration would entertain,” she told the podcast host.
