As the title says, all my contacts are OK. this one just disappeared. I am at present in the UK, my friend is in Thailand. Maybe I have blocked him by mistake. I don't even know how to block anyone. Anyone know what could have happened? Is there any way I can restore him? Thanks.

The only real drawback in Thailand, if you don't take immigration issues into considerations, is the unelected PM and his Junta.

Think of what the hospitals and doctors were doing with people landing at the airport who were found to be sitting near anyone on the plane at the height of the pandemic. Also, I know someone who got very minor treatment and medicine at my local public hospital which cost him over 300 Bt, a few weeks later, for the exact same thing at a public hospital over 100 Ks away, it cost him about 90 Bt. I am not saying all the doctors at public hospitals are money grabbers, but it would seem quite a lot of them are.

and what about all those who impose their medical needs on the people in my country? Thais included.

and what about the honesty of some Thai doctors? Won't they try it on in some way to get money out of you? Have we not seen how they have behaved when the pandemic was at it's peak. I think most of the AN/TV members know what I am talking about here.

I don't know anything about tourists visas. I'm sorry if I miss read your post. I was referring to immigration issues in general, which of course there are plenty of.

Your post is too much common sense for an unelected PM and a bunch of soldiers with an IQ similar to the ordinary person in the street.

It doesn't matter, the unelected PM and his soldiers will keep making their money even if there were no tourists. If any lack of tourists was affecting their income stream, the nonsensical Thai Pass and the insurance scam would stop immediately.

How do you know it actually was the C virus you had? Did you get tested?
