OK so your required supply is a TOTAL of 400A @ 220V (it will be a 3-phase supply about 130A per phase) about 90kVA. Do you have an itemised quote for exactly what PEA are going to provide?

I would contact them via FaceBook messenger and verify if this is legit. Are you a YouTube channel subscriber, did you actually enter any draw or competition? Why are they using Telegraph not Messenger? Are they Thailand based? If so, why are they calling in the middle of the night? It definitely smells of a scam, but one never knows.

Whilst you are waiting for your ground mount to grow I would top-balance your cells. To do this connect them all in parallel, set your bench or other power supply to 3.6V (without the cells connected), connect the power supply to the cells and monitor the current. DO NOT ADJUST THE POWER SUPPLY!! Read this ^^^ again!! Once the current approaches zero (it will take a long, long time, dependent on the current available from your power supply) your cells will be ready to make into your pack. Which BMS are you going to use?

We are (actually just over 1.5 Rai) ???? The weak point of all the cordless beasties is going to be the battery. Unlike your EV, these things will use the cheapest cells they can obtain and push them hard, leading to short battery life and fun finding a replacement pack.

It looks like the pack uses standard 18650 Li-ion cells so getting it re-celled shouldn't be an issue. Best to ask the seller if extra/replacement packs are available, and get at least one (then it can be charging whilst you continue mowing).

I (almost) never use the handbrake (exceptions, steep hills and the like of course), manual truck gets parked in-gear, auto just in "Park". If it's not applied the brake can't seize "on".

One last post before this thread drifts off into the sunset. There is/was a large pile of sand left over from bag filling located directly across the road from our gate. 130sq ft = about 14 m2. Standard Thai guesstimate is 600-700 BTU per m2, so 9,000-10,000 sounds about right unless you need arctic conditions for your pet penguins or the room has a heavy heat gain from sun on the walls, windows and roof. A 12,000 BTU inverter type wouldn't be outside the "fairly sensible" range. Try another shop ????

So 400A spread over 3-phases then, that's more like 90kW. Could you squeeze into a 100A 3-phase supply? That may be available without a transformer (depends upon local conditions) ???? You really need to get an experienced contractor in to design your system, he will likely charge. BUT He may also offer a refund of (part of) the charge if you use his services to do the job. PEA will be able to supply a list of contractors approved to do HV work. You really aren't telling us enough detail here, the nature of the load is actually very important. Just where did your "400A" requirement actually come from, someone must have determined that via some sort of prospective load calculation?
