  1. .......... to be avoided at all costs! ????
  2. Never heard of that before, loads of stories of extensions being granted to the validity of the passport - which is standard. Sounds a bit rogue to me.
  3. I don't need to substantiate it - this is an internet forum.
  4. Are you British? A friend just got his new passport back after 17 weeks..........you have been warned.
  5. Now, why would I lie about knowing wealthy Labour supporters. I don't lie.
  6. If calling from Thailand try this number. I use CAT phonenet for cheap calls.
  7. Some of my wealthiest friends are Socialists. They were OK with the proposals......... on more than one level.
  8. Ah, the Rashford effect....
  9. RBL do a great job, I have been a member for years. They have helped several people here in Thailand.
  10. The opinion of the IMF was a far bigger factor!
  11. I learned this early on after paying too much for very poor meat dishes. Can't fault the salad bar though.
  12. LOL! Everything is great with Labour - the opinion polls tell us it is so! If you are pinning your hopes on opinion polls be prepared for disappointment. I imagine that you are not a stranger to disappointment.
  13. There is no prostitution in Thailand - and I have no interest in labels. The girl is a girl, beyond that it matters not.
  14. It will be forgotten well within the 2 year survival deadline.
  15. That would just be stubborn. It didn't look like a great move from day one - not just from the populist vote angle, economically it was unfunded and therefore poorly thought out Correcting an error and living with opposition p1ss taking is preferable to the economic and political consequences of a bad decision.
  16. That is patently untrue - at least the last sentence.
  17. In Thailand the car is insured rather than the driver. Take a look at Roojai, the largest broker in Thailand. https://www.roojai.com/en/
  18. Your experience is the norm, and something that I usually experience. However, conversations with the less entrenched girls can bring a different result. There are a lot of freelancers around.who will spend the night with you for 1,000 Baht.......my bar may be set lower than yours.
  19. 1. Pattaya. Several locations - mainly freelancers.
  20. I agree, but as said above, the Tories have time on their side and if they start to turn things around then Labour need to show substance that they don't appear to have - and Starmer needs to be more than a tin soldier.
  21. As said, December 2024 is a long way off and Labour have done absolutely nothing of note. One fear would be a switch to Lib Dems if the Tories don't get things sorted,.
  22. Please do... Do you think I am paying too much?
  23. I wouldn't agree with that - even real Labour voters don't like Starmer. ....and I certainly wouldn't take too much notice of polls????
  24. You seem to be repeating yourself. So I shall do the same; I don't feel deluded (therefore I am not). I am very comfortable and content with my life.
