this happened to me last year, the package was marked as delivered but the postman said he could not remember who he delivered it too or where and when we kicked up a storm the head person at the post office made the postman refund the total cost of the item to us. Unfortunately thai postal workerds have a habit of keeping things for themselves or to sell, demand that it be replaced as they are at fault, do not allow them to BS you, I had a friend that had packages sent from Australia to him and the first 3 went missing yet all were signed for, the postman was stealing them, doing the signatures and selling the contents, you have to push them and demand that the postman pays for what they more than likely have stolen, if you are lucky they will suddenly find it. I have also had my replacement visa cards stolen by the postman in the past as well at our other house then the new pin code post was also opened to get the numbers and stuck back down but I had cancelled the cards before they could be used, you have to make sure that they do not get away with it

You only need to apply a primer/undercoat if it is a new or bare wall, to repaint you need to wash down the walls to remove the oxidized surface which is very prevalent in Thailand then apply 2 coats of the new colour. Looking at the pic the paint looks to be in good condition and provided you are not going to change the shade too much 2 coats of a quality exterior paint should be fine but if the colour is very different/lighter a 3rd coat may be needed. Oxidization is the paint breaking down on the surface due to sunlight leaving a powdered surface, this needs to be removed or it will cause the new top coats to start lift as they will not bond to the old surface, any lose or flaking paint needs to be removed and if a bare wall remains this needs to be sealed before applying the top coats. Make sure if you use thai workers they do not water down the paint, even in Australia you could find shonky painters that would add too much water causing the paint to break down a lot faster, good qality paint should give at least 15 to 20 years of life provided you wash down the surface every 3 or so years. I brought all my gear with me when I moved here many years ago so had my metal extension poles, high quality rollers/sleeves and top of the line brushes plus all my drop sheets, being a tradesman I am very fussy.

cant believe they call that garbage coffee, tastes awful, same with amazon, people only buy either because they think it is a status symbol. There are plenty of good little coffeee shops that grind their own beans from non name brands that taste a lot better, even the beans we get from my wifes friwnd and grid ourselves tastes a hell of a lot better, starbucks coffee needs to replace the b with an f to give the name real meaning.

Creating new varieties of frangipani/plumeria keeps me occupied, while I need workers to do the physical side, I do the twirling(a method I started)/cross pollinating, seedlings and grafting. I am recognized around the world for my work with this plant and have been flown to the US to do talks and demonstrations as well as to Australia, appeared on TV shows and radio for it as well.
