    Banana smoothies are really nice, worth the effort, the thicker it is the more like ice cream 1-2 ripe large farang type bananas frozen Soy milk 300ml or less so it's thicker Blend. Sometimes i add Cocoa or Cacao

    I eat loads every day, up to 9 small dried ones when cycling, later 2 frozen big ones in a smoothie

    I've tried different Mr DIY razors and the ones below are the best, sometimes they change models so i bought 6+ packs, these last for ages and i have thick hair, About 30 baht for 5, if they aren't expensive enough leave a big tip
