As an old person (67), Just cycled 25Km with a pal this morning, I've not much energy left for the rest of the day except sitting on the sofa, posting, listening, watching TV/music/books. Yesterday, was out to dinner at 7pm (Indian) and drinks in bars, rest of the day sofa.
