Hard to understand how any hospitals could get clogged up from MJ usage. As far as I can see there's no downside to cannabis tourism. They all pay for flights, hotels, food and drinks. So Thailand profits from them all.

I really wouldn't expect this sort of thing to happen on a luxury resort island. My (her) moobaan house, in fact the entire moobaan of 250 houses, outside Chiang Mai has zero theft problems since it was built 10 years back. I would disagree, the reason Christianity is dying is because its been watered down to nothing. By including everyone, they become interesting to no-one. Islam hasn't changed, so still attracts the masses. Another example of "go woke, go broke"
