  2. Give me an Australian source, or do you have a problem with geography.
  3. Where did you get that from. So a person who marries or divorces will die "in testate" if they do not do a new will. Maybe check your source.
  4. The Land Survey Center do not issue titles by themselves, so there have to be others high up in the Lands Office.
  5. This will be interesting. 175 billion baht to be spent between October and December2024 and only 152 billion for the whole year of 2025. Looks like a good way to cause inflation.
  6. Real cricket is in the top three in Australia, not this rubbish. But good luck to the players (a few) as they earn a lot more from this than traditional cricket.
  7. Not for T20, it is for the child like.
  8. Never worried about it on the night. A "morning glory" always fixed it.

  15. Were you the one the OP was talking about.
  16. Well Simon, I thought you asked a reasonable question but most of the replies are from very stupid people that did not read the question and just wanted to blah blah.
  17. Yes, covered by a separate will that she is a beneficiary. The money is in her account that she can access when she needs. My money for immigration purposes is coved by my Thai will that she is the administrator and will be available after probate.
  18. This is interesting. Next year my extension is due in February but my passport expires in October. Does this mean I need the new passport before the February extension, or just be sure to apply for a further extension before October, assuming I get the new passport after February.

  20. Most of my money is going into my wife's account to take care of the problems. I have a will leaving everything (in Thailand) to her but she might need to pay my medical expenses if I am incapacitated, or if I die she will need money to live on until probate is granted on the will.
  21. Price could have gone up since my last top up, and yes they use Telstra network.
  22. I have an Aldi payg sim in my phone here. $15 to keep it active for a year and can turn on/off international roaming when ever you need to receive OTP when needed.
  23. Have a look at the TMD radar, nothing there. As for the monsoon report there is nothing to indicate it on their synoptic chart or satellite.
  24. Do you mean the same as Mitsubishi, Holden etc closing their Australian plants?
