    Certainly the opposite of my experience. Regarding the date of the bank book application, Immigration allowed me the previous day after SCB closed their branch at CW. I am only relating my own experience which is that applying for a retirement extension has become much quicker and easier over time, partly perhaps because, apart from my age, not a single one of my details has changed.

    I drive from Bangkok to our place near to Rayong and back, 400 Kms in total approx, twice a month. Any thoughts on whether or not an EV would be practical for this purpose ?

    Bank book updated the day before I went to CW. I seem to remember providing more stuff years ago, but as time has gone by, and my 800k has remained untouched, and my details have not changed other than my age (now 83), it has become easier and quicker year by year. Be interesting to know if other old-timers have had a similar experience.

    I provided only the completed application form, my passport and copy, my bank book with 800 k and copy, and bank letter.

    During my application for a retirement extension at CW in December I did not offer, nor was I asked, to provide a TM30.

    Could be. The family will surely want to know the circumstances of his death.

    The fact that the RTP are not saying how or why he died suggests foul play which would alarm potential visitors to Thailand. We do not know how well-travelled he was but, at 33 years old, he was not that young and should at his age know how to avoid difficult situations.

    As you will, hopefully, be aware, there are several other sources of ethanol, not only sugar cane. Further, as you are also hopefully aware, ethanol is not the only alternative fuel to oil that is being researched.

    Labour determined, one way or another, to hold on to Muslim votes. Without them they would struggle to win in many constituencies in the UK.

    Confused reporting. Assuming he did, in fact, complete his 4 year sentence on what legal grounds can he be further retained in the UK ?

    Fortunately for me why wife regularly serves up the only western food I would otherwise miss, namely fish and chips.

    Nothing much here that is new. Supplements apart, creating an environment for good sleep is mainly down to common sense.

    The current investments in EVs are reckless given the advanced research into the use of ethanol etc. as an alternative fuel source.
