    It's inconceivable that Lazada, a giant cross border customer oriented organisation, would operate a small-time scam or indeed a scam of any kind. Just take Jayboy’s advice and ring ‘em up and get it sorted.

    You have no idea about food courts. Food courts are places where people who shop in busy shopping malls go to pick up a low-cost meal on their shopping trips. Absolutely correct, unbelievable how some people have no idea.

    Worse is that they’re equipped with a Celeron chip. Alright for non-demanding tasks though. As an aside, OP probably doesn’t mean to be sarcastic but these desktops are not midgets, they are NUC - Next Unit of Computing - or mini-PCs. It’s the way the world’s going.

    For anyone who is willing to suffer them. These huge blocks of text come over as rants and opinions hammered out at great pace without any concern for the reader. It’s as if it’s too much thought or effort is needed in pressing the return key, and sod what people think 😞

    It was Kev, yeah. This thread seems to have been started by the OP who is remarkably similar to BigNok who published the same YouTuber question not so long ago.

    On all kinds of forums - not just aseannow - and Facebook, comments on YouTube etc, there are many posters who seem to get off on disagreeing with and antagonising others. Unfortunately there are some real nasties around. I’ve said elsewhere here that being on aseannow is like living with bad neighbours.

    Doesn’t help with your question re how to send him a refund but is it a certainty that the damaged item he received is the actual item you sent him? Could be that he already had a similar item (which has been scratched) and he’s trying to pull a fast one.

    I’ve found from personal experience that insurance companies often try to avoid payouts. For some people insurance is okay, and on aseannow there are those elsewhere on the forums that seemingly wouldn’t want to live without it.
