  1. Who would bother enforcing it in the court for such a small amount. Huge court costs and delays. I know a landlord who has many properties. He calls the so called contracts with his tenants 'gentlemens agreements'. Most people stick to them but some dont.
  2. Shyrly is correct. They will start with an EKG and then Echo for sure and probably a 24 to 48 hour heart monitor. If the heart function is low he should go on Entresto 100mg twice a day. Its the new miracle drug that raises heart function with proven results. Its half a beta blocker half something else that I cant be bothered looking up. My friend was on it and it worked for sure. Pacemaker might be required depending on diagnosis. Why go to the small hospitals when top private hospitals as so close in bkk???
  3. If you and your landlord dont get along then you should just stop paying the rent and let him have the deposit that way. By the time you move out you lose nothing. We had to do that once bc the landlord went a bit weird on us. Lease Contracts that are not registered at the land office are not worth the paper they are written on.
  4. I ended up finding cheap treatment on the beach. Paid 300 baht for an old lady to scrape the old dead skin off my feet. When she saw the wound in the pic she said 'mai bpen rai' and scraped it as well. It hurt a bit at first but she really cleaned up the whole area. Cannot believe it but the next day onwards the pain is gone. Amazing thailand
  5. Op doesnt sound so smart. Piddly money to be crying about
  6. Ive made huge money with my btc and ethereum. Your comment is daft.
  7. We purchased land and intend to build a house this year or next. The PWA water authority said that they can send a team out to do a quotation on putting in a meter as a temporary connection. They said if we wanted a permanent one we would have to visit the planning office. If we intend to have gutters running around the house and carport collecting the water to the tanks do we need a permanent PWA supply? Surely a temporary one is sufficient?? A month or so ago I remember asking the PEA electric and same for them. They said we can ask the neighbours to run wires on top of their poles and we would have to put up a few more concrete poles. They can give us temporary connection that way. They said that in the next 2 yrs there might be big poles being run down past our land to a new big government development. Maybe we can use that in a few yrs to get a permanent connection. If you have any experience with this can you please leave a comment. Should we be sorting both these issues out before we start building the house? And before we put up the concrete boundary walls? thanks
  8. if you have time please post a photo. Actually I would prefer a soi dog as you describe above. I can look out for the dog you describe if you post a photo thanks
  9. From what Ive read on this breed it sounds a terrible idea to take a 4 yr old bangkaew. Typical hopeless thai family wanting to be rid of their dog. Not good for the dog either
  10. Good on you. Twice a year people dump puppies on the govt land where I walk my dog everyday. Im the one feeding them and eventually people take them home. Happens heaps. Recently some idiot dumped his half dead ducks. I bought proper duck food and in 1 month they are fat and normal. The owner recently saw me feeding them and was surprised
  11. my soi dog is scared of snakes. I would hope to get a dog that attacks them. What about the bang kaew breed?
  12. haha. but you still make a comment...... Pathetic response ka
  13. Many comments about this breed. Looks like a good option actually
  14. If we have a 9 year old child will they be ok with kids? I assume if we buy one as a puppy and they get to know each other all should be ok? Ive never heard of this breed before. But sounds like a fine option. thanks
  15. Dogs lick their balls and butt hole in front of me. I will not allow that to snuggle up to me on the sofa or invite it to my bed.
  16. Not useful when they put a hat and mask on. A barking dog or 2 is definitely a deterrent. I saw a youtuber visit his gf's parents house in issan. Inside the yard 5 dogs come running over. Its a fine option for a security system
  17. Well said sir. Actually they put the old photos when they were 18 or 19. When the turn up they look old with bags under their eyes and ratty hair of a 25 yr old.
  18. because its free
  19. My soi dog that I adopted ages ago is getting on and might pass this year. We bought land and and will build a new house in a semi remote area. If Im planning ahead now, what breed of dog do you think is best to leave on the verandah everyday for security. Options to exclude would be: -pitbull- nutter of a dog that can turn on its owners, no way -german shephard- Too intense and full on. I will never forget visiting an ex gf back home several yrs ago and I jumped into the pool to get away from her GS and the crazy dog jumped in after me swimming after me and scratching me with its claws - Doberman: Too whiny and needy. Leave it at home all day and it would be miserable. Get home and it would want to jump on the sofa with me. Dogs are dirty animals. No way If you have any ideas about suitable dogs or breeds to exclude please make a comment. Im wondering if I should get a couple of male street dogs. Cheap, lazy and low maintenance
  20. Whats the fix for this if it is? Is the freeze dry method at the skin dr the way to go?
  21. I wonder if thats what I have. A wart I read google dr which says The most commonly used treatments for warts and verrucas removal are salicylic acid and cryotherapy (freezing). Maybe I can get mine freezed off
  22. I have pain on the bottom right side of my foot. I had a beach lady scraping my foot with a blade and she took a photo of my ugly foot. Do I have a minor infection. I asked if there was puss there but dont think she understood. Its painful on the edge. Im wondering if theres puss under that area? Its been sensitive for 3 weeks now. Should I see a skin specialist or a orthopaedic dr or do nothing? Should a dr squeeze that and irrigate it? thanks
