  1. Civil and Commercial Code Section 1347: The owner of a piece of land may cut off and keep roots of a tree or bush which have penetrated from the adjoining piece of land. He may also cut off and keep overhanging branches after giving the possessor of the adjoining piece of land reasonable notice to remove them, such notice not having been complied with.

    Welcome, and thanks for posting.
  3. Posts contravening our Community Standards have been removed. As the OP has a solution this topic is now closed.
  4. Lucky he is not dead.
  5. No problem at all with the notes and coins. Even now it is not unusual to get the occasional Rama 9 banknote. Coins are a mixture of Rama 9 and Rama 10.
  6. The ahievements rebuild is now at 79.98 per cent. So that was about 6 per cent completed in one day.
  7. The entire database is being re-indexed, and that is taking considerable time due to it's very large size. The re-indexing is currently 73.99% complete.
  8. The reason is because 1. Google does not react well to such topics, and 2. Google pays the forum owner money to place adverts on this site. If you get 1. wrong then Google reduces or stops paying to place adverts on the site. This is a commercial site with considerable overheads. Nobody here can afford to bite the hand that feeds it.
  9. Update: Re-indexing is at 72.32% complete. It's going to take a while longer than I estimated.
  10. Post(s) contravening our Community Standards have been removed.
  11. I believe the functionality you are describing was removed in a previous forum software update.
  12. Joanne Thank you for finding the time to update us about matters in Thailand even though you are working hard on pressing issues in the Middle East. On behalf of the British Nationals in Thailand it is much appreciated. Best wishes to yourself and your staff. I hope your deployment goes as well as it can in the circumstances.
  13. At the moment the achievements index is being recounted by the system. Until then achievements will not be displayed (if they were displayed they would be inaccurate). The forum has millions of posts and hundreds of millions of reactions, so this process will take quite some time. At the minute the process is 57 per cent complete.
  14. Ranks will appear and disappear during re-indexing. This is normal. Re-indexing is currently 53 percent complete.
  15. No, sorry. The software request has been forwarded to management. When we get approval to install the software update we will do so. Until then I can not action this. In that sense I am waiting for a reply the same as you are.
  16. Top of page is installed, you can use it now. Clear notifications is taking a bit longer.
  17. It's working, it takes considerable time however due to the tens and hundreds of millions of actions it has to count.
  18. Do you mean as a signature, so the text appeared below every post you made? If so, the signature function has been disabled for the time being so you will not be able to do this at the present time.
  19. We are currently working on this issue. We should have it fixed shortly.
  20. We are working on this issue. We should have a fix soon. Thank you all for your patience.
  21. Our new AI spam detector didn't play nicely with our posting rules etc, which is somewhat irksome. It's fixed now.
