This is a false comment. Doctors who perform MOHS are very rare here. I know of one in Bangkok and that is about it. Also, The Dermatology Institute Bangkok mostly students claim they can do it.

Couple times a day for me, but I think many here rarely do. There seems to be a lot of stinky people here. Lack of deodorant, proper clothes washing, lack of underwear change a urine smell. Add; bad dirty teeth, bad breathe, messy hair, unkempt old clothes. Just a general unclean appearance not surprising people think they don't shower. Also, thinking a pool or ocean is like a shower?
