I do not think it will ever happen in Thailand but I believe Prayuth is correct. Explained above but I think the vaccination requirements based upon recent information are bogus. The Thai requirement does say this: Certificate of vaccination completed at least 14 days and no more than 12 months before arrival in Thailand. 12 months? The recent announcements are even the best rated vaccines wear off after 6 to 8 months (or even less) which is why boosters are being administered. So, a 2 dose Sinovac given 12 months ago I guess seems to qualify.

I eventually had surgery with him to add the cost of the surgery was a whooping 80,000 b less then a competing hospital. I would call and ask. Thailand's non transparent real estate market is a farce. 100's of thousands empty units in the country will take 10 years or more if they stopped building today to get that inventory low enough to create reasonable demand and appreciation. It is interesting how many did not want the 2 Sinovac and were relieved to get Sin/AZ. Yet, travel is much easier and accepted in many countries with 2 Sinovac while the SInovac AZ combo is a no go.

They really seem to be clueless as to what it is. This place is not Europe with much more interesting historical sites, venues, much better varied geographics. Phuket is much more oriented for family vacations with broader beach resorts and family oriented facilities. Most do not come here for the culture or nature, jeez how stupid. They need to realize the truth that 2 week millionaire male tourists and male entertainment venues/activities will be the only way for Pattaya to make any kind of recovery from this. So, open their minds and figure out ways to attract the millions of males in the world who want to come to Pattaya and enjoy a good time.

Maybe so fat and drunk impotent and out of shape people feel old at 63. Jeez, 63 is not old. I am older and in maybe the best shape of my life. Frequent golf and girls and other activities.
