  1. Really the box for deductibles is blank and where is the 190k for over 65 and other things from the Exemption form amounting to 500 or 560K Thai Baht
  2. Seriously those figures do not make any sense whatsoever and where the allowances?
  3. Many can not get a Tin and been told so and yes can not do full stop and been told several times by the local Revenue Office I do not need to hill in a tax form with my personal information and well below the current thresholds!!!
  4. Ronnie50 Yes indeed a friend of mine did just that and a British Citizen and had to pay 2 years more NI contributions, despite paid more than enough and yes 150% surcharge on using the NHS and in other words totally shafted and what with the frozen State pension issue!!!
  5. Yes seen this yesterday 4 or 5th January and there are no forms still and forget on line returns you are not allowed to and just the Thias?
  6. Perks in our own country and they would tax us even more and do for daring to leave in the first place!!!
  7. Well, considering many do not work but at least the Son- in - law in the main pays for the high school and university fees and often in the past chipped in as the 20K maximum at the ATM. As regarding meals out and noticed recently and yes we are driven to some wonderful restaurants but around the Christmas and New Yeah it seems that recently picked up the tab a lot of the times. However, tbf they do contribute and do buy food for the 2 Granddaughters and us and yes including fruit. My wife's Daughter-in-law's family are quite wealthy and have been given a lot of land but stating this they are living in very nice accommodation and yes who of course who originally bought and living in free of charge and there is obviously no rent to pay. There are definitely swings and roundabouts but I am not moaning at all and we know we can not say too much as the families do not listen and to the Authorites we are Aliens
  8. Agreed it is very comparable to the UK assuming the present 500K or 560K Thai allowances but there is no forms and no one knows if there will be and ok 3 January and nothing???
  9. What pension oh the frozen state pension and all Governments have thieved from us all!!!
  10. Who knows and yes enjoy one day at a time with your loved ones and family and just a few very special friends 55555 OOOO xxx
  11. We surprised? NOT and no forms 90 and 91 and the allowances and deductibles and theyre never will be?
  12. Most I am sure would not get this amount and maybe just over 550K and may just go over it. And many have no rent to pay as the homes all paid for, which helps a little. In any case what new forms?
  13. I assume you have no Thai Family and if you have impossible!!!
  14. Most retires do not have a job here in Thailand but those that do would use the 91 form but most of us if ever get these forms then it is the 90 form but most are waiting and see.
  15. Yes, if and when these forms do come out and yes the current PND 91 and states at at top of the form "Income from Employment in Thailand" or very similar and one would use PND 90 and also do not forget the Income Exemption/allowance form too. We shall see but again the local Revenue office with my circumstances that I do not need to file as under the thresholds. Yes, wait and see and if you have PIN you can use this. There again yet again no clarification on anything!!!
