I think he's confused about the reasons for the concern. Moral panic means that people are getting worried about something like rumours or news reports that aren't even true, rather than what we are talking about here, which is scientific research and our own personal experience. I think he's viewing it as: "This is something that people are getting worried about, which is the same as moral panics, so it must be a moral panic".

The guy's totally reaching (and failing), as he generally does. He made a statement about how races should be represented proportionately in jobs, then backed that claim up with an article about how White men aren't discriminated against in hiring practices as much as they think. Literally no connection whatsoever. It's kind of sad.

The guy is a lying fantasist. Even if you took race out of the picture, not every type of person is suited to every job. If you had a 100% White country, you would not see a proportionate representation of different sexes, classes, education levels and personality types in every job.
