So you want to see people go out of business and Thai people having no jobs, agents are a way of life in Thailand, too many of the higher hierarchy on the take making a lucrative living. Why keep the required amount of money in Thailand paying next to nothing interest when you can keep it in your home country getting interest.

They appear to have added more rooms to the Immigration Office and construction was going on for more space. Thailand makes a lot of money from its Immigration laws so it can’t start enforcing to many rules and regulations. I have no idea who makes what when you have the ฿800000 in your account, it’s deposited and removed within minutes but immigration must be taking a big cut allegedly ?

I renewed my Extension of Stay/‘Retirement Visa’ today, I always use an agent even though I have the money in the bank, too lazy, hate going to immigration and it’s the other side of the city. It was a visit to agent office then the bank, rep from agent there as well who took my photo then I had to go to Jomtien and have some one take a photo outside the office showing me standing next to the immigration logo. Lady in the agent office said more checks were in place now due to the murder of the German fella.

Yes but all they do is send it to a key shop similar to the one in Big C Extra, they don’t have an in-house facility.

Just bought a car, cash, whilst looking for one every advert included finance whilst apparently cheap monthly repayments the interest rate was phenomenal. Looking at the cars history it looked like it had been a repossession from the previous owner by the bank.

No we don’t turn it off to restart the condenser, it restarts itself, at 24c the room feels more cold than our bedroom which is also set at 24c I would find that uncomfortable if I was sleeping in his room.

The external AC Condenser for my sons bedroom keeps cutting out and the internal unit only blow warm air after 10 minutes the condenser restarts and starts blowing cold air again, I have the temperature set at 24c. We only recently had it serviced, my partner said.it has always does that, she was sleeping in his bedroom when he was sick and noticed it going from cold air to hot air ?

I was looking at cars, a fella foreigner mid 30s early 40s brought one to my house on Sunday, Full Service history, all the other paperwork all appeared ok, we would go to the Land Transport to change over on Tuesday. I then asked him how many keys, he said I lost the other one with a shrug of his shoulders, I thought about that then realised what happens if he still has the other key ? if a car is stolen insurance companies want to see 2 keys, I sent a message to say I was no longer interested, his partner Thai called me as well, I explained I require 2 keys not one.

Set one up on the interchange at Big C Extra on Pattaya Klang, they would rake in a fortune as people mostly motor bikes consistently run the lights. Then again how many of them are actually registered to a traceable address ?

Scam, I have done a bit of research, IDP can only be obtained in your country of residence.

This site no idea who they are issuing 1,2 and 3 year IDP, I think they are based in the States as the cost is in dollars but accept applicants world wide. Having read all the replies it looks like I would have to do the test, what would an agent do to assist me in getting a licence. The MG looks a very nice car, the only issue I read in a review was they leaked water through the door seals ?
