  1. I wouldn't have created this topic if it was a single case, however it is a third time already within the past few months. I've won three different auctions from three different sellers and they all have cancelled the order with the reason "buyer asked to cancel" and relisted the item again. But of course I did not ask to cancel the order because I've won an auction with a great low price! Obviously the sellers just did not like the low winning bid. It seems that Ebay has added a scam button for the sellers allowing them to cancel the order on their own discretion, without the need for the buyer to actually request a cancellation.
  2. Payoneer does not have any customer support. I've sent them an email on 21st November, got an auto-reply "your ticket was created", haven't heard from them since then.
  3. I've had a different experience - I forgot my card inside the ATM at the bank branch, almost immediately came back to the branch and told to the staff that ATM ate my card, was told that they could not open the ATM today and was ensured that they will call me "next week" and return the card. Next week I came to the bank myself and asked if they serviced the ATM already and was told that they've destroyed my card already ????‍♂️ At least they gave me a new card for free (instead of a whopping 100 THB fee lol)
  4. If you have an US or RU passport then no luck ????‍♂️ else try to hint the bank staff that you're willing to purchase a life insurance (approx 6k THB) along with a bank account. Also Krungsri is usually difficult, you should try Kasikorn instead. And Krung Thai is the most PITA. Bring as much documents as you can, a certificate of residence + affidavit from your embassy + life insurance will get you an account almost 100% sure.
  5. Youtube has caching servers in Thailand that's why you have high speeds. I'm talking about connecting directly to Europe, not to local Thai servers. Are you kidding? The backbone ISP will not even read emails from a random Joe.
  6. I've sent messages to FOUR different emails including abuse@ but haven't got any reply. While this problem definitely bothers me it's not severe enough to make me register in Twitter or Facebook to contact AIS there.
  7. same as those guys with Revolut cards or that crypto enthusiast promoting his crshítto dot com card in every single thread - they are forgetting to tell that they've registered their accounts and got their card while they were still living in Europe, not already in Thailand.
  8. I'd say with AIS because they chose the faulty partner ISP. DTAC for example routes this traffic through Telenor in Singapore, and I've never had any similar problems with DTAC.
  9. Most people do not need to connect to servers in Europe ????‍♂️ so noone else notices that. The problem is random, usually occurs at the evening (which is pretty "normal" because networks are overloaded) but right now I expericence the same 90% packet loss (possibly networks are overloaded now because of weekend?) Yes, AIS sends traffic to Europe through Singapore, Hurricane Electric, and usually the very same IP address - 184.104.210.173 Server in France: Server in Netherlands:
  10. IBAN is a bank code used within Europe and friends such as UAE, that make transfers using "SEPA" system. It is similar to "SWIFT" but different and incompatible. Thai banks do not use SEPA transfers, only SWIFT. - so no IBAN codes.
  11. that feel when you was working with cryptocurrency many years before these ppl even heard about it but you are "ignorant" not them ????‍♂️
  12. you are doing it wrong, google for "multisig wallet 2 out of 3"
  13. sounds like a command shell running some program after computer boots, download program called Autoruns from Microsoft website and post here a screenshot of what does it show.
  14. I believe Google is "shorting costs" by dropping 99% of their hardware which was serving the search service. Most of the public never goes further than the first 1-2 pages of the search results, why keep all these 99999 pages of search results when you could just show a fake amount (to please the audience and fool the investors) while actually serving just 5-10 pages?
  15. the packet loss occurs at AIS partner ISP in Singapore. https://aseannow.com/topic/1263948-isp-technical-support-contacts-needed/?do=findComment&comment=17617421
  16. Only if it's constant 5 down without losing packets. A few days ago I had the same 90% packets loss between Thailand and Netherlands. And that's only with AIS, DTAC has zero problems.
  17. lol you've just substituted one cheap chinese rubbish with another cheap chinese rubbish
  18. yep, it shows fake amount of pages for a few years already. First it's "99999999999999 results found" but once you scroll to page 5-10 it becomes "228 results found"
  19. Wow, traffic from Thailand to Russia goes through America. a cyber war in progress?
  20. please elaborate ah, got it, thanks.
  21. The russians who did not flee will be killing ukrainians, so you are advocating the massacre. Tell your country to stop buying russian oil and gas then.
  22. I've never had any problems paying online with KTB card so I got another one from them exclusively for the online payments. BKK is definitely a bs when it comes to online payments, but useful for receiving large (>50k) transfers.
