  1. So we agree that an air over water system is generally no more dangerous than than an air compressor, yes?
  2. I'm sorry, when I said that an air over water system was "No more dangerous than an air compressor when you think about it, a little messier perhaps..." And you responded with: "No it is much more dangerous . " I thought that's what you meant. So we agree that an air over water system is no more dangerous than than an air compressor, yes?
  3. Why is it it when people are unable to answer a question or explain their position they always fall back on their many years of experience, as if it means anything to anyone. Again, please explain how is an air over water system more dangerous than an air compressor?
  4. I understand that a 500l tank is larger than a 30-50l tank, but my my last air compressor had a 1,200 liter tank. You're hilarious.
  5. While I am in indeed lucky, not sure that my good luck has to do with it...
  6. Virtually all the trains in the US are electric. Are not most modern super-yachts and cruise ships electric as well?
  7. I understand that a gas charged tank is generally more dangerous than is a liquid charged tank, but what does that have to do with what I said? I said an air over water system (which the majority of people in Thailand have) is no more dangerous than an air-compressor. How is an air over water system more dangerous than an air compressor? Incidentally, it's been at least 40 years since I over inflated a bicycle tire, but I don't remember it going "pff".
  8. It does not seem to work very well, seems to streak and the residue is messy.
  9. Thanks, but I've used that when I make my own, but not real happy with it.
  10. Some guys like washer fluid, some don't. I do like it, and that's enough of a reason for me to use it. That said, there does not seem to be much of a selection available here. I tried a concentrate from Lazada which seemed like food-coloring, and something from the carwash that was better, but not great. I have also mixed my own, which works okay but I would like something better. Is there a washer fluid you like that is readily available here? I already know about water, and while hilarious, I was hoping for something a little more robust.
  11. Does it not depends a lot on the tiles & material? I'm guessing using the cheapest tiles available, tile would be cheaper, with good quality pool tiles the cost would be similar, and with high end tiles tile would be more expensing.
  12. But gas bottles do make rust-rings on the concrete/tile, so I set mine on a piece of 304...
  13. It's only a win-win for people that want one in their new home.
  14. So you will be compelled to buy one whether you want it or not, nice.
  15. When will you take delivery? The self-charging effectively provides unlimited range making this a real game-changer!
  16. I have two tanks under the counter on the third floor. Fortunately, the guys that deliver them carry the full one up and the empty one down... I use the hose that came with the regulator and I can't imagine how I might burn through it. Incidentally, I bought a single "burner" induction cooker about six months ago. Thought I would hate it but I love it. I might get few more and quit using the gas altogether.
  17. While I agree, I found that having a tank outside and NOT tuning that gas off every time was an argument not trying to win. You are married, best to determine what she thinks BEFORE you move past the design phase...
  18. Put a barrel over the stump until it dries out and just burn it....
  19. If you're concerned about the heat, why would you not vent through the insulation?
