I see no good reasons for continue to hit the bars when I get older, and getting stuck in Thailand is my worst naightmare, as well stay home in Norway with no other options than shopping at the local store, and save money for paying the electric bill. When I first came here, I didn't look for any relations with Thai women, but the more and longer I stayed, I was slowly dragged in to a few relationships with different thai girls working at tourist places. Started to get tired of western back packer party girls, and a few who thought they where the queen at the beach/iskand destinations, who had a few boy friends lined up for their own pleasures and of course created a few local soap stories 😁 Not all bad, but the truth is, some of the girls had high maintenance fee (they where all broke, or just stayed for short term), and I just got tired, and a few brown sweeties managed to catch me in their nets. Justs two % more protein, means alot more clean meat, and less additives. A good sausage have at least 50% meat, and that should be right on the 13% protein mark

I only eat egg and bacon at hotels, or sundays back at the farm now. Not an every day meal, anymore. Some few hotels have quality sausages, and not just these can sausages or simular, I add one of those on the side as well. Useally two brown/german style bread, prefer to stack on top of my bread tomato beans firstly to moist the bread, bacon, and 3 fried eggs sunny side up. Very tasty Breakfest sandwich

Unfortunate todays breakfest sausages is only 11 - 12% protein, so Im trying to find those who contain at least 14% and a bit higher quality and less sodium. Anyone can recomend sausages in Thailand ?

For me, the only reason would be to go on a almost untuched location for snorkeling and diving. Still can go on these live onboard boats who do operate in the south. Island hopping is maybe not the time

Everything is not all black and white, and if it was not the Israelis who bombed their neighbours, the neighbours would bomb the israelis.
