  1. What "original receipt"? You mean the previous TM47. I don't sent the original.
  2. Do you want the bad news or the bad news. Recently the ques for 90 day reporting have been long. Yes it's a 2k fine so not to be sneezed at. Yes that's the option to click.
  3. OP, just mentioned this as don't think it's been suggested. I read few times of using check in baggage as an option. Obviously you need to be traveling to Thailand and would depend on the volume and weight. Could speakers be left out of the transported items. Can understand the records, HiFi not so much.
  4. Here is link for appointment. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/onlineservice-and-publicguide/
  5. Happened to me. The report must be done at CW if that is your immigration office. You have 7 days to do it in person. Appointments are available. Alternatively you could leave it till your next extension and plead your case. The issue is the check doc chicks may pic up on no TM47. My last 2 extensions (CW) they wanted the TM47 to let me proceed to desk L32.
  6. First of all ...yes with the new entry without reentry permit you will have a "60 day extension" in the bank if you ever need it. Yes you will need to do new TM30 when you return. As for alternatives to Cambodia... I don't fancy minivans so living in Bangkok I'd be up for flight to Udon Thani and shortish trip to friendship bridge.
  7. It's not 60 days to visa wife per extension. If you for example exit Thailand and reenter visa exempt in order to obtain new non O then in future you will be able to obtain a "60 day extension to visit wife" sometime in the future. BTW enter visa exempt and obtain non O (marriage) and subsequent extension is easy process. As for border bounce don't use Poipet. I see you use CW. No issues with that office process. Here is link and I made post with some links to other threads https://aseannow.com/topic/1315828-visa-exempt-to-90-day-non-o-spouse-visa-conversion-in-thailand/
  8. Just obtain another visa exempt entry. You will be stamped in for 30 days. BTW how long do you hope to stay in Thailand. The reason for asking is that most folk would use the 30 days then take the mini trip your planning and then reenter Thailand. Assume that you are aware 30 day visa exempt can be extended by 30 days
  9. No. Using income method for retirement you must show monthly transfers of 65k+ The money can be used (withdrawn) straight away.
  10. I was more making the point that it must be the agents assistance that's making this possible and I'm not referring to the funds in the bank. The OP also states, as you pointed out...,. "So, if I were to apply for a retirement conversion from this Non-O during the 90 days after the visa itself has expired, would that be an obstacle to getting the retirement extension?'' He uses "conversion" incorrectly. I'm happy to be corrected but my understanding is that his first extension needs to be based on marriage
  11. Based on ? My understanding is that his first extension needs to be same as the visa he entered on. In op case marriage. This comes up more commonly with someone doing first extension from a Non O-A and wanting to do the extension based on marriage. Seems agents have the recipe for 7 herbs and spices
  12. What is the costing. That will give a good indication what they are doing for you. Are they also opening a bank account? I doubt they will be obtaining a 12 month extension based on marriage. Your first extension should/must be on same reason the original visa is based on. In this case marriage. Most likely obtaining extension based on retirement. Don't know how they are doing that. Also I doubt Maneerat would do extension based on marriage. As @Lemsta69 pointed out give them a ring or chat LINE. Google Maneerat and all the contact details are there. NAN
  13. Yes that's basically an agent via school ED visa. Note it's actually 12 months from date of entry to Thailand. Requires extensions The 60k explains that.
  14. It was a visa exempt entry 30 day stamp that can be extended by 30 days. For this next visit how long would you like to stay in Thailand?
  15. You have a valid visa (METV) ... You should be able to enter at any airport.... CM is a more relaxed airport however not necessary.
  16. OP, your post is bit mixed up. In no specific order... TM30 is to report where you are staying. Previously it was done when nights spent out of province where you live and also upon return from international travel. That all changed in June 2020. Land borders do not issue TM30. To confuse things further some immigration offices are ignoring the new rule (2020). CM being one example. How did you enter Thailand. Meaning reentry permit or tourist visa etc Edit: my post is off topic as clearly the OP is referring to TM6. OP ,TM6 are no longer required upon arrival at airports however entry via land require TM6
  17. Exactly ....I had to read back a couple of times to see if OP has actually outlined current status in Thailand (visa- extension -?) Not clear and then states..... "Get your nose out of my business." Lovely
  18. You can use "money in bank" method without being retired. Money in bank for marriage is 400k baht on day of application for non O and for subsequent extension 400k needs to have been in bank for 2 months. After you receive final stamp you can use that money. For retirement 800k on day of application and for two months prior to extension. Maintained at 800k for three months after extension and then not below 400k and back up to 800k prior to next extension. Some married guys opt for "based on retirement" due to more simple process, no home visit etc.
  19. Exactly... To clarify...even with embassy income letter, is it correct that for the non O application in Thailand it's suggested that couple of months of transfers is also required?
  20. I doubt the land vs air is an issue. It's more a random thing. Surprised it was not required at LakSi as the que ticket chicks check your docs, even if you have a booking. Was a standard requirement when MTT was doing 30 day extensions
