And that's what is required and should be sufficient. The old issue of showing funds from abroad can be an issue if coded incorrectly. Credit advice from bank etc can solve this. OP has not indicated immigration office

Some time back I awake to almost urgent need for hip replacement. 400k. Ended up more. You aren't admitted to private hospital unless you pay significant amount. I have low tolerance for folk living in Thailand on limited resources.

My comment not helpful however my transfers from Oz Bank to Thai Bank using WISE are INSTANT. Even for 2mil baht.

Your experience is irrelevant to the OP along with most others. The required docs are immigration office specific.

That's why folks use an agent. Some current threads re issues with agents using BBL. If your extension is ending soon ish suggest you contact agent ASAP.

I have never read a report of final stamp being refused due to not maintaining the 400k during under consideration period. Have stated that you are supposed to do so. You would receive a "don't do it again" I do not recommend people not maintaining the funds. What's the big deal with transferring some funds.

Thanks Tod. Find the last sentence in the notice from Bangkok Bank very concerning. "Please ensure that the money in your account belongs to you personally.DO NOT BRING MONEY FORM OTHER TO PUT IN THE BANK ACCOUNT" Especially the last sentence which is in Caps. Big News (to me)
