If you are leaving Thailand at airport eg BKK they provide 200b service to process TM8 including photo, form etc

Seems they wanted a TM30. Surprised lease was not enough. As I suggested in first post obtain a TM30. At the very worst consult an agent to guide you on requirements or consult with your landlord.. Dont let one bad experience put you off. Obtain another 12 month extension. BTW: have you been doing 90 day reports as this seems to be new requirement at CW for extensions

I did EXACTLY what you did. Anyway attended CW in the "grace period" think it was last day of grace period. Made appointment CW for 90 report. BTW that works a treat. Seen straight away. I tried to ask io about my no success with online. Same as you I cancelled my first application as it was pending 10 days. Showed her my second application and she said..." need wait 15 days" Didn't understand it at the time. Could be completely wrong but perhaps you will get approval within 15 days.

OP, frankly do not understand your post. You dont need to be on lease. If you don't understand the process use an agent to assist. Your wife can do a TM30 and you could obtain another 12 month extension. Simple and only requires 400k in bank for 2 months prior to application. A ME Non (marriage) from Savannakhet is an option. However you have the funds. Why bother with ME Non O. Your other suggestion of mix and match tourist visas, visa exempt etc is just crazy.

You would have been out of Thailand for bit over a month when you return. Some may suggest a visa exempt entry no issue. Since you are wanting to stay "month or so" Thinking your best option is a eVisa tourist visa obtained while you are in UK. Provides 60 day stay with option for 30 day extension.

If your current location facilitates eVisa them obtain a SETV..

Think you have left it too late for Vientiane as that requires appointment and booked out in advance. There was recent report of guy with similar history to yourself being refused TV at Savannakhet. Strangely then obtained a TV at Vientiane.

So based on your thread July 18 at that time you had been in Thailand for 4 months then did a border run with visa exempt entry plus 30 day extension. (6 months so far) Now plan on obtaining tourist visa. Good luck.

So you have 2 visa exempt entries via land both then extended. Presumably prior to this you entered Thailand visa exempt via air. So when did you enter Thailand and how many days out of Thailand? PP would not be good option for tourist visa

No they didn't. For monthly transfers they want to monthly transfers from abroad. Not the case using money in the bank method. Yes you can obtain a ME Non O marriage from Savannakhet. Exit Thailand without a reentry permit and obtain new visa. Thinking you a slightly confused about "ME Non O" That is a visa valid for one year and you need to exit Thailand every 90 days. Reports that using online for 90 day report after reentry has been successful. Need to change enter date on application.

Did you go to your bank. What can happen is WISE sends funds to a Bank such as Bangkok Bank or Kasikorn and then they send it to your bank. You should be able to obtain "credit advice" from bank that the funds came from overseas. Edit: just noticed OP had trouble for 12 month extension. Funds do not need to come from abroad for extensions.
