Most folk using online reporting apply approx 15 days early. The 90 day count starts from date of application. For in person and mail the count starts from previous due date. Bottom line is online approx 4 reports per year and other options 3 per year. No big deal as online reports so quick and simple. (when it's working)

Indeed. There are approx 75 immigration offices in Thailand. Read the OP. It is CW specific. CM is off the chats regarding TM30. They have ave ignored changes to TM30 made in June 2020. The majority of immigration offices require a TM30 for 30 day extension to visa exempt and tourist visa. Which immigration office did you not require a TM30 for "10+ times"

You don't need to print out the TM47 receipt unless you are attending immigration for something such as a certificate of residence etc. Also never required to exit Thailand.

Your first hurdle will be to obtain a certificate of residence. At CW you need to have done a 90 day report to obtain one. Exactly. Even with a visa you can run into an A##h immigration officer. I always suggest to have a travel itinerary to flop out. Obvious moreso for visa exempt entry. Chill .,with visa you will go straight through.

OP, apart from post above (which is correct) ... Suggest you chat with UT immigration office. Immigration can allow early application for extension especially if you can provide flight details and romance the stone re need exit and return to Thailand.

OP, is the border bounce for your multi entry visa. Where are you located? If Bangkok, I could think of lot worse than a mini break in Saigon. You may be eligible for visa exempt entry to Vietnam.

A Non O-A provides a 2 year stay and does not require funds to be maintained in a Thai bank account. Suits some folk that visit home country at minimum every two years. The insurance is a pain but certainly the non O-A suits some folk.

It is possible however not best option imo. He has time to obtain one year of insurance when he arrives. Then exit and reenter Thailand prior to non O-A expiry Sept 10 and will be given 12 month stamp. No financial requirements. The other alternative is to exit and kill off the non O-A and obtain non O and subsequent extension. No insurance requirements.

I think you will be fine if the monthly transfers have been for previous 12 months prior to your next extension. You would need bank statements for 12 months and code showing international transfer. Ignore the notice and do it online in 75 days from date of entry. When you use autofill in the online report remember to change your entry date

That is incorrect info. You are allowed 2 visa exempt via land border per calendar year. Each visa exempt entry provides 30 day stamp that can be extended by 30 days. There are many options for your plans. Just one example is enter via air visa exempt and obtain an extension= 60 days. Then do your two border bounces + extensions= 120 days. 6 month. OR take mini break to place such as Saigon instead of border bounce and reenter visa exempt via air.

Yes. Just the other side of immigration (passport check) is reentry permit desk. Very quick process. You can see the office as io is stamping you out. The io seeing your stamp may tell you that you need to obtain a reentry permit. Good idea to have the TM8 all filled out along with photo.
