  1. Of course you can fly out/in same day as you had a multi entry visa. The OP has extensive history of visa exempt entry and is asking if another VE can be done via air in same day. Answer: huge risk
  2. This change should have been worded more like this.... "The limit of 2 visa exempt entries via land per calendar year has been removed" That brings it into line with VE via air. No stated limit. Are folk able to have continuous stay in Thailand ongoing using VE via air possible. Answer : No Will folk now be able to border bounce every 90 days (60+ extension) ongoing. Answer: No
  3. First up you are replying to very old thread. Sadly ubonjoe has passed. The requirement is clear. 800k baht or equivalent in Thai bank account. Immigration very strict on this. Weekends have nothing to do with this clear requirement.
  4. You are not even looking at emoji to your threads. Making statements that lack understanding.. Just one example refer to post above from @bigt3116 His post is accurate and some of your posts the opposite.
  5. It means that if you try and do back to back visa exempt entries via air and also now via land borders you will eventually be refused entry. Not so critical for land border entry. Very inconvenient for entry via air. Expunge the idea "unlimited entries" Won't happen
  6. Just exit. No TM47 is checked at airport. Also you are within the requirement dates for reporting
  7. Yet another tax thread ... All covered in another forum.
  8. That would only be my opinion. Repeat back to back entries via airports with little time out of Thailand will eventually lead to refused entry. Visa exempt entry via airports has No Stated Limit. That does not equate to "unlimited visa exempt entries" BTW : you stated this regarding unsubstantiated post previously. "Video from immigration - waiting for the copy." Post facts or not at all. Still waiting
  9. Yourself along with so many others have read too much into the word "unlimited". Better that immigration just stated two visa exempt entries per calendar year Removed. Making it exactly same as visa exempt via air that has no stated limit. As usual it's the io discretion re granting entry. This is not a green light. BTW Thai embassies/consulates have nothing to do with the price of fish
  10. For the laugh emoji... The OP has a valid visa. The airline at departure for his flight this week to Thailand will not ask to see return or onward flight. Nor will the io upon landing in Thailand. Have different advice ...post away
  11. Onward/Return ticket not required. You have a valid visa
  12. With previous 8 months+ of living in Thailand on visa exempt entries and the you fly Bangkok to Cambodia return same day for another visa exempt entry? It's all about the history of continuous stay
  13. Her advice is correct. A good follow up question would have been ..."is a TM30 required with the 90 report done via mail option. The answer should be No..
  14. OP, why would you even consider this as an option. Currently visa exempt entries are 60 days and can be extended by 30 days. Your options depend on history in Thailand and on what visas/visa exempt stays.
  15. So basically you have been in Thailand on visa exemptions approx 8 months. There are few posts in this thread pointing out they have bounce by air same day. Do not read a lot into that. I have read numerous having a difficult time and the history in Thailand less that the OP. What has not been mentioned is the requirement for onward flight out of Thailand for return flight to Thailand. Most likely required with airlines such as AirAsia. I suggest a border bounce via land. Nong Khai mentioned earlier is a good option.
  16. Personally never have done it that way. Always entered my most recent entry date. Also my most recent 90 reports at CW I have filled in the TM47 that way and provided photocopy on current entry stamp. Along with couple of other photocopies. Granted my last report the io did not even look at my photocopies and just glanced at my pp. Also with mail option I do same and provide same photocopies. Have never provided TM30 for either. Seems in person now wants a TM30.
  17. You don't need a visa run company if using Nong Khai crossing. Grab mini van from front of central Plaza.
  18. Don't understand the question. TM47 is required if you stay in Thailand for 90 days. If you exit Thailand and subsequently return your entry date starts new count. Entry date day 1. Some folk suggesting to fill in online TM47 ignoring trips out of Thailand is silly idea in my thinking.
  19. My answer from current similar threads..... "Immigration at airports in Thailand not thrilled with fly out/in same day. At most land borders its common practice to bounce same day Many folk use border bounce agents (recommended)"
  20. Mail in reporting has previously been accepted in same way as in person reporting. The current issue with online reporting seems to be down to syncing TM30 with 90 day reporting. Currently in Saigon and when I return to Thailand, I have zero intention of doing a TM30. 75 days from date on entry I will do a 90 report via mail (unless I'm am exiting Thailand again) in under 90 days
  21. You are doing all this to avoid in person reporting so to be able to do online reporting. Even to the point of putting incorrect information on the TM47 re last entry date. You could consider report via mail.
  22. TM30 Never previously required for 90 reporting via mail. My comment is CW specific
  23. OR you could do a TM47 75 days after reentering Thailand. I use mail option and have never included TM30. (CW)
  24. Immigration at airports in Thailand not thrilled with fly out/in same day. At most land borders its common practice. Many folk use border bounce agents (recommended) If you post your location you will receive first hand reports. For example Pattaya to Cambodia
