  1. OP, don't wish to sound rude but your medical treatment is irrelevant. You can enter Thailand visa exempt and will receive a 60 day stamp. Do you have a return ticket?
  2. Your list covers everything they could ask for. More than likely they will just take the TM47 and your pp. I did one at CW on Nov 5 had the things you listed. She didn't look at one. Took my pp and TM47.
  3. Don't think you will receive post. Hasn't been any recently. @Tod Daniels may have up to date info.
  4. Yes. The pp photo is attached to the TM7. The io will staple it to form for you. Obviously always take extras of everything.
  5. If he ignores the 90 day report then upon exit via air the TM47 is not checked. When he returns he will be stamped in for another 180 days. If he elects to do the report, then fine. Very basic docs. Suggest it would need to be done in person. Folk with DTV don't require contact with immigration. I'm still in shock with DTV soft concessions
  6. Skip all your other quotes. So you are exiting Thailand in 40 days.. What is expiry of current 180 day permission of stay.
  7. The visit to another provience should not be an issue. Also you list providing TM30 for report. You might also need basic copies of pp. I don't understand why you are bothering with TM47. You could just exit and reenter for another 180. BTW for others.. what category is your DTV. Sweet deal.
  8. So simple answer ...leave the 800k in bank until day of application for next extension. Meaning you have both methods covered. Since your extension expires Feb 12 you can apply for extension now. What am I missing.
  9. 3 posts above have indicated that results have been approved over weekend. Also I posted they can be approved/rejected AFTER due date. That's it..
  10. For in person it has grace period. Can report up to 7 days after due date. Weekend does not come into play. Online reports can be approved AFTER due date. Out of interest which immigration office do you use that has a 2 day turn around for approval and allows application up to due date.
  11. So 4 days prior to due date. Some offices have window 15 days prior till 7 days prior. Apparently your office can do online up to due date. Do not really understand point of thread. Many folk receive approval/rejection on weekends. If it's approved good if not you can do the TM47 up to 7 days after due date in person.
  12. When did you make the online application?
  13. Not every immigration office might be prepared to transfer the visa exempt stamp. Thinking no issue at CW or airport where stamp was issued. He could certainly try at his local office.
  14. Thread has run its course. Thread closed.
  15. Slightly off topic however. My first 7+ years living in Bangkok I could not obtain a TDL as due to frequent travel abroad I could never file a TM47. Wasn't untill covid that did my first 90 report and able to obtain COR at CW. Fortunately for OP he can obtain COR at Jomitien with tourist status.
  16. Thanks for update. Not sure understand this point re banking. Bank statements are often not up to day of application. BBL for example cannot be obtained on day of application. I like many obtain 12 month bank statement few days prior to application. That can also be done early for bank letter. On day of application you can make small deposit as an update and to show activity. The teller can provide photocopy of that page.
  17. CW recently removed TM47 requirement to obtain a certificate of residence. Jomitien will issue the OP a COR with visa exempt entry.
  18. OP, where are applying for your TDL also which immigration office? I have detailed report of obtaining TDL as have many others. Here is link to general guidelines https://motogirlthailand.com/riding-thailand/ I notice from other threads that you are located Pattaya and have visa exempt entry.
  19. Will bump this as I have zero knowledge of "under payments UK pension" Hopefully some UK guys can explain.
  20. For the 30-day extension; Completed TM7 Passport. Copy of TM30 receipt Copy of passport data page Copy of entry stamp Passport photo 4x6cm Fee 1,900 BHT Someone first hand experience at CM may add something. Be aware that border bounces seem to requiring stay of 1-2 nights. Even recently the case at Nong Khai. Go to immigration asap in case they want something "extra". Unlikely.
  21. @tygerstar if you end up doing the run please do a report of how it went. You seem aware of how things have changed for land border crossings. Even recent report of the "friendly" Nong Khai crossing making chap stay for couple of nights. Not sure if he had option of VIP treatment at cost.
  22. https://aseannow.com/topic/1343549-need-to-spend-two-days-in-laos-ay-at-chiang-saen-crossing/
  23. Indeed. However as pointed out in thread. It's a bad idea. He can transfer funds using WISE or other alternative. The best exchange he would get in Bangkok SuperRich Green head office Silom and that will provide less baht and much more hassle
  24. Was there only one overstay. How long? When? Out of interest have you looked at other options recently added to the menu...LTV, DTV, etc. The LTV age min 50. DTV min age 20. Many feeling (not all) that PE visa dead duck in water. EDIT: OP you made a vague thread regarding renew pp and overstay in April last year. https://aseannow.com/topic/1325486-can-renew-a-passport-while-in-overstay/ You would not even state pp country. Suggest more details in this thread to gain advice.
