  1. The Thai gf can obtain job and so can the OP if married to a Thai.
  2. You as usual have misunderstood the post you quoted. It's not about work as in a job. A non O based on marriage would enable ongoing stay. Aso being married to a Thai you can work in Thailand meeting certain requirements
  3. You would qualify for non O based on marriage and subsequent extensions would enable ongoing living in Thailand.
  4. For TM7 just type "TM7" into Google search. Downloadable form will be listed. It's a two page download. Print it out double sided. Also requires a photo. Or just fill it in at immigration office. As for the TM30. Prior to attending immigration for the 30 day extension ask your hotel to take screenshot of the TM30 they file. Obviously only check into hotel that does this.. You can apply for the extension couple of weeks prior to expiry of your stamp. You do that at the immigration office where you are at that time. For your application you require TM7. TM30 (screenshot) Photocopies of photo page of pp and also entry stamp. 1900baht.
  5. Here is the link for appointments. Does anyone know if appointments can be made when using agent. In case of OP it would be wife. Assume the appointment would be made using the OP,s details and wife just attends immigration with the print out of confirmation email etc. The appointment system works a treat. https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=20131
  6. My last two (CW) online have not been successful. I then as a result had to do in person on both occasions
  7. Staying at various hotels does not derail your address on file. Which of course same as your 90 day reports.
  8. OP, you can do your report online or if you still have 15 days till due date you can do it via mail. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add You cannot do it at PT.
  9. That's a handy link for the TM47 Also clear advice. Hadn't seen it previously. The form should be printed double sided
  10. Your bank account has your pp # etc recorded. If you renew a passport you need to contact bank to change the details bank has re your pp. You would not be able to do counter transaction without updating details. Seems perfectly normal.
  11. If you do not apply for extension you would need to exit Thailand prior to expiry of your permission of stay. You would need to start over with new non O and annual extension. Why would you not obtain an extension? Thinking of going back home for a period?
  12. OP, is your METV an eVisa? If your non O-A is still valid and you enter Thailand prior to expiry you would be given a 12 month stamp provided you have the appropriate insurance. Don't know why you bothered with a METV
  13. No need to do border bounce. Enter visa exempt for a 30 day stamp. Prior to expiry attend immigration where you are at that time for a 30 day extension. You will need a TM7 with photo. TM30. Basic photocopies of passport pages. 1900baht.
  14. Most folk using online reporting apply approx 15 days early. The 90 day count starts from date of application. For in person and mail the count starts from previous due date. Bottom line is online approx 4 reports per year and other options 3 per year. No big deal as online reports so quick and simple. (when it's working)
  15. Indeed. There are approx 75 immigration offices in Thailand. Read the OP. It is CW specific. CM is off the chats regarding TM30. They have ave ignored changes to TM30 made in June 2020. There are always immigration offices playing their own game. For example Jomtien wanting 800k in bank for 2 months prior to application for a non O from visa exempt or TV. When in fact only required on day of application Another rogue office. Folk are always advised to check with own immigration office as indeed there is no set rule book in Thailand.
  16. The majority of immigration offices require a TM30 for 30 day extension to visa exempt and tourist visa. Which immigration office did you not require a TM30 for "10+ times"
  17. You don't need to print out the TM47 receipt unless you are attending immigration for something such as a certificate of residence etc. Also never required to exit Thailand.
  18. 15 days prior either in person or online or via mail. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add
  19. Your first hurdle will be to obtain a certificate of residence. At CW you need to have done a 90 day report to obtain one. There is a forum that deals with all motor vehicles, TDL etc. Mor Chit specific thread here.. https://aseannow.com/topic/1224589-thai-driving-licence-renewal-mo-chit-as-at-19-july-2021/
  20. To be clear... You are currently married to a Thai? Not asking about visit Thai child.
  21. OP, your post is so vague. Your online work is irrelevant. What does "I'm a student" mean. State your nationality. How long you would plan (hope) to stay in Thailand. etc etc Then you will receive some advice.
  22. Exactly. Even with a visa you can run into an A##h immigration officer. I always suggest to have a travel itinerary to flop out. Obvious moreso for visa exempt entry. Chill .,with visa you will go straight through.
