The only reason they do not check at populair selling places, is because they make a nice donation already. Otherwise this is the future milk cow where you likely get away with 5K if being smart of 10-15K if a newbie loud tourist.

traffic alcohol check got one of my friends. the new law says 10.000 baht fine and im not fully sure but directly prison. So my friend called his wife and his wife talked with them like 5 min and then the police asked 7000 but they agreed on 5000... and he left the scene in his car. Actually he was lucky because the top ranked police was only sergeant so it was easy for the police to arrange this 'deal' otherwise he had no chance.

secondly, im not starting this post to start any argument, giving names, advertisement, no criticizing, etc. (so please stay on the topic) just seriously  wondering about this and want to know.

that been said.

i was thinking this lately... so this forum is to help people with having some kind of problems. Thats great. And i love this forum. And as you can see people are having a lot of visa problems this or that reasons. And mostly asking about how they can get a visa or solve a likewise problem. So, many people are trying to answer them, help them regarding to their experience or knowledge or both which is great.

but if im not mistaken, suggesting or directing people to illegal things/ways is not allowed in this forum. Then two things comes to mind... 

1) fake plane ticket sites: I have seen many posts about this.. many people suggesting this way to people who thinks or know cannot enter the country if they dont show a return ticket. So, without saying too much, i want to check the reality: to lie an immigration officer is a crime, right? so the person in this case lie two times.. about the ticket and his intentions. question here might be fake ticket seller is legal or not. Well, obviously not (in my opinion) because at the end of the day, there is no ticket. just people found a way to show it like legal or ok. So i was wondering should we or you suggest someone to buy a fake return ticket? Do we do a favor to him or not a favor to the country we are living in? its a deep and detailed question. please think. 

2) Visa agencies: well, obviously this is also a big thing. I, myself used agency too before. And tbh i regret. i hate what i did and used one. and i against agencies. because of many reasons. no need to mention here (not personal reasons). As you know suggesting to use an agency is the most common answer in this forum. then again the question here is are these agencies legal? again my opinion no. Because they get your visa via forged documents or no documents at all, bribing an immigration officer (here its not important IO is ok with this or not, action is important by you) also.. do you think its fair that someone pays some money and gets everything in days, but you really work hard to get it in normal ways? So again, is it ok to suggest people using them? 

so i could write more but i think the main idea is clear. I do believe that 2 act are illegal and its a daily topic in this forum. Are they life saver, yes. But really the correct way, no. so what is the red line in this forum.. what we can suggest what we cannot? is it right to suggest these things?

like i said.. that guy would be waiting you at the other side and would do a taxi duty and would get your 1000 baht. Thats another scam.

do it via mobile app. It is so easy. takes 5-10 min to do. no IO funny stuff. There is also a website but i heard it stuck or freeze often. 

i would rather not to know... i dont want to stop drinking water or taking a shower. 

the porn card was in the TV you newly bought?

it might have some virus in it and affected your TV. OR maybe your TV setup off for the adult content? 

need service. I would take it back and ask for a new TV without a porn card in it. 

one of my friends had some serious issues with lotus. not 1 but i think 3-4 times.

he bought something and went to the cashier to pay, then he realized they charge him more than the price tag. So, he mentioned the situation and the cashier was like ohh sorry they forgot to change the price. My friend is really good at law and he know all. So, he asked for the manager. in this case actually the customer MUST pay the price on the price tag with no arguments. So the manager accepted easily and he paid the same as price tag. he also demanded some money because of some reasons, they told him to take this matter to higher position and will let him know. Few days later the exact same thing happened at the same place! and same situation.. and yes i know impossible and 3rd time another day!! in 3rd time he refused to leave the louts and asked for a immediate solution.  And he got some backup from thai consumers there too. because they had the same issue. Well at the end lotus gave him 10.000 baht gift card and asked him to close the case. he got the gift card and lotus seriously checked the price tags and replace them. 

what happened to me is, i found out dated products at MaxValue. well i didnt do anything but warned the stuff. They all suddenly gather around me and tried to stop me taking pictures or talking with other people WHICH i was not going to do because i was in a hurry. but it was a scene how they panicked! 

Well the more reading your answers the more its clear that you are using an agency to keep your staying in thailand as long as you can, and no intensions of studying. Otherwise you wouldnt use an agency. Thats why most likely there will be no letter to prove your excuse for missing many classes. But if you are really studying and just used the agency to avoid all immigration joke.. ok. And if so, i think school can give you a letter explaining the situation. I would also take some photos with your grandfather showing his situation. Dont know will work or not worth the try.

i wouldnt trust that agency which will assist you at the immigration. Thats most likely he will just meet you right after all the immigration process which is no help to you at all. But if the agency knows someone at the immigration when you are getting your stamp, thats another story and might work out. never heard of this though.

first of all i would say immigration most likely will not let you enter the country with the current ED visa. so you better stop spending money on agency and just leave the country normally and forget about your ED visa.

get a tourist visa and come back OR ask your agency to provide you with the papers from the school or whatever they working with and present them to the thai embassy in your country. This might be risky if the agency.. created one school for you. 

and sorry to hear about your grandfather, hope he will get well soon.

also... i know you dont want to hear this.. but really.. you need a proper visa to stay in thailand.. i mean what will you try after your ED visa? martial arts school? for how long it will take you..

Im planning to get a LASIK surgery for my eyes vision.

I just want to know if anyone done it and whats the experience? I checkec YanHee hospital website and it seems good for both budget and doctors. 2 eyes around 60K. Bangkok hospital is 100K but seems more service ( 1 night stay at hospital)

I did lot of research via google and youtube. I believe if the operation goes well no need to stay at the hospital or anything extra.

Im ok for all the operation needs.

Yet a white hetro prime minister gets accused of attending a party and the Woke media frenzy is deafening , Headline news every day, for months on end

 

Your comments regarding his "inappropriate" behaviour towards females is also somewhat curious, there is no reason for you to get "triggered" unless you received complaints from any of these women, which you obviously didn't ,as you would have mentioned the fact.. Flirting between the sexes is a normal part of human behaviour, even at work , and generally enjoyed by both parties involved, most men know where to draw the line , and most women have no problem in dealing with the ones that don't, its almost sexist to say otherwise. Abuse of power in these situations  involving persistent unwelcome sexual  attention from a superior is obviously another matter. But a bit if flirting , get over your self, and its none of your business whether he's married or not

 

You need to also bear in mind that more relationships are formed between people who met at work than in any other situation, do you personally wish to put an end to this?   why?

I actually think the whole story is made up, for the sole purpose of giving you an opportunity to virtue signal to the woke warriors and to hopefully get a you a pat on the back. The underlying message is also that you don't think having a big nose is a positive attribute and illogically refuse to accept that it is a common feature for some races, With out doubt you are taking offence on behalf of others , possibly as a way of excising your own feelings of guilt..Not unlike the people who bang on the back of police vans taking pedophiles to court.
