The areas you mention and a few others are very different and all within a 10 Baht ride from WS.

Iirc, I was here for about 60 days, then went to Cambodia for 3 days, then came back. I'm not some chancer who's trying to spend all year here for free. I only did that because I understood it was OK to do that. After those 2x 60 days, I went to England for 3 months. Plus, on the piece of paper I posted above, it says 'tourists who regularly bounce in and out without even spending a day elsewhere. As I said, I've never taken a visa run trip to the border. I went to SR for 3 days for a break and to buy some stuff. I'm not trying to plead innocence. I'm just sharing the information so others can see what's happening at the border. It looks to me as if @SenorTashi planned his trip well, using the legal guidelines to his advantage. Something upset the IO, resulting in his treatment....very unfair, IMO

I'm not big on cheese but when I was, i recall Worcester being a good addition. I find you need to be sparing with it thought - i always add a drop or 2 into my scrambled eggs or soups.

Now I'm not quite sure just how sarcastic you're being 🤔 It doesn't sound very good but I've not actually tried it. What I have tried is putting a tin of beans into a bowl of last night's leftover rice (Thai or Basmati), adding some Sri Racha or Tabasco and microwaving it. That IS good. I got the idea from the Red Beans and Rice I had in Texas / Louisiana, and before any Cajuns come and kill me I do know it's not the same!

Well I got pick-pocketed on a Baht bus many years ago. Crowded bus and a couple of ladyboys moved a bit too close. When I alighted, my wallet had gone. TBH, I now consider that to be my own stupidity in allowing it to happen - I've taken appropriate steps to prevent it - never wear shorts without zip pockets or have wallet on a chain on belt. And as recently as this February I observed someone who, I'm fairly sure, was attempting to pick my pocket, again on a Baht bus very late at night. They failed!

Does rather depend on your location. I live 20 minutes drive from LGW. I find it less frenetic than LHR and for me, the taxi is half the price I'd pay to LHR. YMMV of course.

IME, if you can plan ahead, defrost slowly. It makes the finished article's consistency and flavour truer to the original. I will take the frozen item out of the freezer several hours before I want it, leaving it to thaw at room temperature. Or if I'm really organised, move it from the freezer to the 'fridge the previous evening. Worst case if you must defrost in the microwave, defrost at the lowest temperature setting, then increase it for the final cycle. Oh and if you get takeaways or deliveries, and the containers are reusable, keep for when you've cooked and want to freeze. I sometimes cook something like a big Panang Gai, then split it off, eating one portion and freezing others. And finally, for baked beans (must be Branston if available) I add onion granules, Tabasco, Worcester Sauce, Basil and some butter before heating them.

Absolutely!! Initially I was interested especially as they fly from Gatwick which suits me. Then I searched for the reviews, including Trustpilot I think not 🙁

Seriously, it's said that the UK has the most surveillance cameras in the Western world - you can literally not walk down any high street or drive any major road without some sort of camera / device logging your presence. Nor can you use an ATM or credit card without being recorded. Then again, if you walk outside your front door with a phone in your pocket you could be observed / recorded. Am I bothered? Not particularly because there are enough miscreants about to make me realise that it could, one day work in my favour! One big exception....bloody speed cameras - now those I do hate! 🤬 But then, of course, I am officially the miscreant.
